The third consecutive nightclub popular for housing hot gay parties has closed its doors. Happy Valley has closed! That wipes out John Blair completely this weekend and basically hits Susanne Bartsch while she's down. For that she sent this letter of apology to her patrons:

"ITS BEEN A ROUGH WEEK.....ITS A YEAR NEXT TUESDAY SINCE WE STARTED HAPPY VALLEY TUESDAYS....HAPPY VALLEY HAD TO CLOSE DOWN, THE OWNERS OF THE CLUB LOST THE LEASE IN A COURT BATTLE WITH THE LANDLORD.... ALSO I AM SO SORRY ABOUT THE HALLOWEEN DRAMAS.....THE POLICE SHUT DOWN THE PARTY FOR NO APPARENT REASON....I AM TOLD IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO DO THAT....I AM OUTRAGED AND VERY SAD....EVERY BODY MADE SUCH AN EFFORT AND I FEEL TERRIBLE TO HAVE PUT PEOPLE IN SUCH A POSITION..."

I guess Susanne took on the law and the law won!
