OJ's 'If I did it' rights to be auctioned off

O.J. Simpson's hypothetical account of how he wouldhave killed his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman is going up for auction.  Fox pulled the plug on the venture last year, so the book has never seen the light of day.

A Los Angeles judge ordered that "all rights, title and interest" held by Simpson to the unpublished book be auctioned off on the steps of a Sacramento County courthouse.  The money goes directly into the pockets of Goldman's father Fred Goldman who sued Simpson for murdering his son and won a civil suit.

No date for the auction has been set. Lawyers representing the Goldmans says it could take place as early as the end of March.

This auction could also mean that the book will hit bookstores afterall.
