Courtney Love to sell Kurt Cobain's stuff
Rocker Courtney Love says 13 years after her husband Kurt Cobain's death, she'll be selling all of his stuff.
"I'm going to have a Christie's auction," Love tells Spinner. "[My house] is like a mausoleum. My daughter [14-year-old Frances Bean] doesn't need to inherit a giant hefty bag full of flannel fucking shirts ... A sweater, a guitar and the lyrics to 'Teen Spirit' -- that's what my daughter gets. And the rest of it we'll just fucking sell."
Courtney told Spinner that family friends were supportive of her plans to sell Kurt's memorabilia, and Love insists that Cobain's is still a part of her life.
"I still wear his pajamas to bed," she says. "How am I ever going to go form another relationship in my lifetime wearing Kurt's pajamas?"
Rumor also has it that her upcoming album titled 'Nobody's daughter' is largely dedicated to her life with Cobain, but Love says that isn't necessarily the case. She describes it as a piece from each of her former flames from Cobain to Billy Corgan to actor Edward Norton.
