Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur, who gets custody?
The DNA doesn't lie, Larry Birkhead is the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's little girl Dannielynn; but what kind of rights should her biological grandmother Virgie Arthur have?
You can guarantee that if Anna Nicole was still alive Virgie would have never even seen Dannielynn, now she wants visitation and/ or custody.
A trial in the Bahamas gets underway at 2:30pm EDT. Howard K. Stern has already said he will not challenge Birkhead for custody. Arthur on the other hand says that if Birkhead won't grant visitation rights to her, then she will go for joint custody.

Regardless if Arthur goes for joint custody, that is in the Bahamas. I'm guessing the baby and her dad would coming back to the States, where any ruling to that effect would hold no legal standing. To me, it seems it would be a waste of money to get a ruling for joint custody, when the ruling wouldn't be enforceable.
