After many months of speculation Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minillo are moving in together!

Jessica Simpson's ex-hubby will be sharing some fancy new digs right by Time Square in New York City called the Atelier.

I've had the chance to swing by and tour these brand new condos, and they are swanky!  With a price that tops $2 million, Lachey and Minillo will enjoy in house yoga classes, roof top billiards and amazing views.

Nick has lived on the West Coast for most of his celebrity life, but he has decided to move east so that Vanessa can keep her reporting job with Entertainment Tonight.

No word on whether MTV will follow their journey for reality TV.
