Alex Rodriguez's busy playa lifestyle may have just caught up with him.  On Wednesday, the NY Post exposed A-Rod rolling around Canada with some blond homewrecker, and his wife Cynthia isn't going to stand for it!

That same night, Cynthia packed her shit and left the couple's Upper East Side apartment.  The New York Daily News reports that she avoided reporters and was carrying two suitcases.

Alex Rodriguez has evidently been living a promiscious lifestyle with this Canadian chick on his arm in public and buying gifts for "dancers" in Vegas.
