Girl steals schooling from Stanford
Today's news of the weird is also somewhat creepy. Imagine living in a college dorm with a roommate who had snuck their way into the school by tricking a lot of people. Oh, and also imagine that it's one of the nations more prestigious schools.
That's exactly what happened at Stanford University when a young lady who went by the name Azia Kim attended the school with room and board for free. The police arrested the 18-year-old imposter from Orange County, Calif. on Monday when her resident advisor caught on to her scam.
Kim lived in two different dorms, studied for exams that she never had to take and fooled everyone from dorm-mates to housing officials.
It reminds of the FX show, the Riches.
