CBS and MSNBC both pulled the plug on Don Imus after he used a racial slur against the Women's Rutgers Basketball Team.  Now, Imus is firing back at CBS in the tune of $40 million.

Shock jock Don Imus reportedly plans to sue CBS Radio in an effort to collect the $40 million balance left on his contract, according to Fortune.blog. Imus was fired by CBS on April 12 after making racially insensitive remarks about the Rutgers University women’s basketball team.

CBS said the firing is justified, but Imus says the network needs to buy him out of their agreement.
