Kylie's name and likeness is hugely popular in the UK and her homeland of Australia, and it looks like she is taking on America next.

Our source tells us that Kylie's US fans are about to see their dreams come true, because she's is headed here and elsewhere for a concert tour!!!!

"Kylie is in talks with plans for a US tour, which will commence in early 2008... I was also told [the tour] will move onto Japan and maybe some other areas, however it wont reach UK shores as we've had our fair share of Kylie Tours here, especially lately," our very reliable source said.

Kylie is actually in New York this week sporting a hot new blonde look (pictured above).  Our source tells us that Minogue is here to put the final touches on her new tour!
