Whatever it is that former actress Mischa Barton does these days, she has been cleared to do it again following a weekend freak-out. 

Mischa was rushed to the hospital, and her reps are saying it was because she had an adverse reaction to mushrooms and party drugs  alcohol and antibiotics while attending Nicole Richie's Memorial Day party.

"She is fine now," said a statement from publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik.

Nicole Richie told Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday morning during Seacrest's morning show that she wasn't around when Mischa freaked out, but says Barton is recovering well.

"She's good. She just mixed antibiotics and alcohol and got sick," Richie said.

Nicole is also doing damage control of her own after the invite she created leaked to the internet.  In the invite she made such statements as, "There will be a scale at the front door. No girls over 100 pounds allowed in. Start starving yourself now. See you all then!!!"

Richie told Seacrest it was meant to be a joke.

"It's a private email. I'm sending it to my friends as a joke. I didn't mean to make it public and I have every right to say what I want to my friends," she said.

"It's not that deep. I wanted to write something that rhymes. I don't even know what to say about it. I'm not a serious person at all and no one thinks that I am."

Richie said she got humorous email response from her friends, but the private invite wasn't meant to be seen by the world!
