CBS announced on Wednesday that they will bring back a show that the network had previously decided to cancel thanks to the fans.

CBS entertainment president, Nina Tassler, issued a letter to fans who protested the canceling of Jericho giving them the credit for show's return. 

"Over the past weeks, you have put forth an impressive and unprecedented display of passion in support of a prime time television series. You got our attention; your emails and collective voice have been heard."

Word slipped out on Tuesday that Jericho might return mid-season, but the network had to wait to make an official announcement so they could renegotiate contracts with cast members and find a new production facility for the show.

Fans flooded CBS execs with various brands of nuts to protest Jericho's cancellation.  I guess they aren't as 'nuts' as I thought they were!
