By the looks of things on Tuesday morning's episode of the View, Kathy Griffin has her mind set on replacing Rosie O'Donnell - liberal views and all!

Kathy wasn't afraid to go head-to-head with Rosie's rival and sole conservative Elisabeth Hasselbeck.  Kathy took some time to bash Condi Rice and to back Hillary Clinton.

GRIFFIN: But when people say I want a woman – ‘maybe Condi Rice.’ That’s not a pro-woman woman. Let me tell you something. Condi Rice is not a woman's woman.

HASSELBECK: Why? Why?

GRIFFIN: Because she follows everything white men say. She does what ever the white man does. .

HASSELBECK: What's wrong with the white man, a black man?

GRIFFIN: Let me tell you something. Any African American woman who is a Republican does not understand that she's not a part of their agenda. Wake up!

Rosie O'Donnell, of course, left her moderators seat on the View three weeks before her contract expired after a very heated argument with Hasselbeck.  Maybe Kathy could tame Elisabitch?

Kathy Griffin has been called the front runner for the job by the New York Post.  Other names being thrown around include: actress Roseanne Barr, former talk show host Ricki Lake, comedian Wanda Sykes, Oprah Winfrey's best friend, Gayle King, comedic actress Sherri Shepherd, comedian and radio host Whoopi Goldberg and singer Bette Midler.
