In other words, it looks like Lindsay Lohan may end up behind bars after authorities say she had "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol and cocaine in her bloodstream when she was involved in the Memorial Day car accident that landed Ms. Lohan in rehab.

TMZ.blog is reporting that authorities have tipped them off on the results of the toxicology reports.

Lohan was sent to the hospital and later arrested when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb on Sunset Blvd. on May 26. In California, drivers with a .08 or higher are considered legally drunk.

Lohan's lawyer, Blair Berk, told TMZ, "It's highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case." Berk added, "It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it."

TMZ is also reporting that the Beverly Hills Police Dept. could present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. in the next few days.

Lindsay better come up with a medical condition quickly.  Paris Hilton has already claimed claustrophobia and ADD. Nicole Richie seems to have gotten knocked up.  Be creative Lindsay, be creative.
