Paris Hilton to file appeal
Paris Hilton is obviously not happy with the judge's decision to put her back in the slammer!
Hilton plans to file an appeal to the ruling that she return to jail to finish her sentence either today or Monday, according to TMZ.blog.
Meanwhile Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is tickled pink with the ruling against Paris.
"This decision sends the message that no individual -- no matter how wealthy or powerful -- is above the law. Today, justice was served," the prosecutor said in a statement.
Paris has been ordered to complete her sentence in jail, but we are still uncertain whether that means she'll still get her sentence reduced to 23 days.

her only REAL crime was violating her 3-yr parole. period!
but a 1st offense of dui and driving w/a revoked license??? there IS no jail time for it! and thankfully, both the media and her lawyers are now looking into the judge's decision!!!! THANK GOODNESS!!!

See a satirical tongue-in-cheek graphic titled “The Big-Attitudes” which updates the Biblical Beatitudes to fit the Paris Hilton fiasco…here:
