Paris Hilton's jail controversy widens

Paris Hilton's early release from jail has caused internal controversy at the Los Angeles Police Department.

The New York Post spoke with LA County Supervisor Mike Antonovich, and he is pissed!

Antonovich said Paris' early release "a mockery of due process." He added, "You're dealing with a spoiled brat acting out to get her way instead of serving time as was adjudicated by the courts."

The LA sheriff is being accused of giving Paris special treatment due to her celebrity status, but Sheriff Baca is defending his decision using Hilton's mental medical condition.

"justice is being served by the decision ... She would still be in the county jail if it were not for the medical advice." And as for her receiving star treatment, Baca told the LA Times, "My message to those who don't like celebrities is that punishing celebrities more than the average American is not justice."

Paris will be back in court at 9am PST.  We'll keep you posted!

i think they should lock her up forever

Couldn't even last a week in the celebrity wing of a COUNTY jail. People get sent to PRISON for Violation of Probation, imagine how life would be in THERE, you pathetic, usless excuse for a human being.

I think it's funny she was caught TWICE breaking parole. And it took the second time for her to get in trouble. And all her loving fans think it's unfair. So, they want her to be able to keep breaking any law she wants?

I have never been a fan of Paris however I am a fan of JUSTICE. I read the comment about this being the second time Paris was caught driving on a suspended license. Your argument then is with the police for not bringing her in the first time and please do not tell me that no one else has ever not been written up for a trafic violation. I myself have cried and not been given a ticket as has my daughter and many others. Paris was not the first and will not be the last.
SHOW ME WHO HAS EVER SERVED A SENTENCE LONGER THAN A FEW DAYS FOR DRIVING (WHILE NOT DRUNK) ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE. THIS JUDGE HAS SOME OTHER REASON FOR POUNDING PARIS...DID SHE REFUSE TO DATE HIM OR HIS SON OR DID HER PARENTS NOT CONTRIBUTE TO AN ELECTION HE SUPPORTED. SOMETHING STINKS HERE BUT IT IS NOT THE RELEASE TO HOME CONFINEMENT AFTER 76 HOURS IN SOLITARY. THAT RELEASE SHOWS ME THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO MAKE THINGS JUST.

In a way, I feel sorry for her, because I know she is scared too death and could possibly break down if they put her back in prision, but alot of other people have had to go to prison and face the same thing, including crying their eyes out. That old saying "if you do the crime you do the time" should extend to everyone who breaks the law, including celebraties. If she hadn't ignored the law and paid her tickets and showed up in court she would not be in this mess. I think she needs the solitude of being in prision to reflect on her life and how she too must obey the laws like everyone else.

Anyone who defends Paris Hilton should ask themselves if they'd be just as forgiving if she hit and killed or injured a loved one of yours while she was driving drunk with a suspended license.
I'm sure you'd be the first to ask why she was given a second chance in the first place.

"MADD Profoundly Disappointed Over Paris Hilton’s Behavior

This is not hot. MADD is disappointed that Paris Hilton is not accepting the consequences for her serious actions. MADD believes everyone convicted of drunk driving should be held accountable and receive an alcohol ignition interlock device on their vehicle. A person typically drives drunk nearly 100 times before they are arrested, so being lenient with “first-time” drunk drivers does society more danger in the long run. A 5000-pound vehicle in the hands of a drunk driver is a weapon."

Show your love and support for Paris. Send her a gift basket from mycarepack.blog It's a company that delivers gifts directly to prisoners all over the country.

Screw Paris and she has enough of her own money and toys. Don't you DARE send that spoiled rich girl presents! Shame on you Lisha! It must be your company??!

Yah screw you Lisha you and your little mod of bratty Paris-wannabes. She broke the law and now she's getting what anyone would get; justice. You lot are so pathetic. God bless you Judge Michael T. Sauer :)

Personally, i would love to be sent to Paris Hilton's mansion with orders to do nothing at all for a month and a half. That's like a resort spa getaway if you ask me. if that's what "punishing" a celebrity is, then punish me! Meanwhile, i hope she learns a few life lessons from all of this turmoil, and i truly hope she gets the help she needs in order to start setting a more positive example to our youth. STD's and eating disorders and drunk driving and irresponsibility in general should not be glamourized any longer. She leads a destructive path in life with bad choices and her mistakes should be able to teach us that it will end you up incarcerated or even worse, and yes, it can get worse.

Thank you.
