This could be one of the grossest things I have ever seen, and I hope it's a joke!  The police are investigating this video below.  I warn you, it is very disheartening.

On the video, a toddler estimated to be about 2 years old, looks as though she is "rolling" on a Ecstacy.  You can even hear one of the teens in the car with her saying "She's rolling, girl, she's rolling."  Those in the car with her are even heard saying that they are "rolling" themselves.

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.

Now, police are looking into the video and investigating the teens behind it, and child services is involved.  Cops say there isn't enough evidence to tell whether the little girl was actually given Ecstasy or not.  Those pictured in the van with her claim they told her to act like she was on the drug.
