Imagine if the town slut stole your name and started making porn!  That's what happened to Syvette Wimerly of Houston.

Wimerly says her former classmate Lara Madden stole her name and started using it as her porn name, so of course the real Syvette is suing the porn phony.

The real Syvette Wimberly was one of Madden's classmates at Kingwood High School. The women knew each other in the ninth grade.  That sounds like flat up theivery to me!

"I imagine she knew the name and maybe thought it sounded catchy and was unique," Wimberly said.

Wimberly is suing Madden for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

She's asking for monetary damages and an injunction to stop Madden from using her name.

Now Lara Madden and her video company (that Wimberly is also suing) are laying low and not returning calls.
