Mel B. fights to confirm Eddie Murphy's paternity of baby

Scary Spice (aka Melanie Brown) is suing Eddie Murphy to legalize the paternity results proving he is the father of Mel's 4-month-old daughter.
Scary's lawyer, Gloria Allred, says a DNA test carried out in June "established paternity, but paternity has not been legally acknowledged."
Mel B. said the baby, named Angel, needs to know she was "planned and wanted by both of us".
"I want her to know that she has two parents who desire to be responsible for her during her life and who love her so much that they want to be a part of it," she added.
Scary also wants to settle up on child support, but then again it is Eddie Murphy -- so the money MUST be good!
Murphy is currently engaged to music and film producer Tracey Edmonds.
In June the Spice Girls announced they are getting back together for a world tour in December and January.
