Nick Hogan was released from the hospital on Monday following a car accident over the weekend that left his friend critically injured.

Nick, whose legal name is Nick Bollea, crashed his Toyota Supra into a palm tree in Clearwater, Florida on Sunday.

This isn't his first major car accident.  He is pictured above after crashing his father's Lamborghini. 

The passenger in the car remained in critical condition Monday at Bayfront Medical Center.  He has been identified as John J. Graziano of Dunedin.

Police do suspect that drugs or alcohol were involved.

Bollea is the son of infamous wrestler Hulk Hogan.  The Hogan family stars in their own reality show, Hogan Knows Best, on VH-1.  Bollea's sister who goes by Brooke Hogan is also an up-and-coming pop singer.
