Diddy is getting sued for $19M
One of Sean Combs former collaborators has filed a lawsuit against Diddy from behind bars.
James Sabatino, a former Bad Boy Entertainment consultant, wants more than $19 million that he says is owed to him from some of Comb's recordings with the late rapper Notorious B.I.G.
Sabatino say he flew B.I.G. to Miami in 1994 to perform a show and record some music. The rapper, whose real name was Christopher Wallace, recorded about 17 minutes of vocals, and the session was also captured on about 90 minutes of video footage.
Evidently Sabatino and Combs had an agreement that both recordings belonged to Sabatino because he paid Biggie's travel expenses and studio time, although a contract was never signed.
Diddy's people aren't commenting.
