George Clooney rattles New Jersey hospital
As I'm sure you've heard, George Clooney is back in the headlines over his recent motorcycle accident in New Jersey.
This time it isn't Clooney and his girlfriend who are feeling the pain, instead as many as 40 medical professionals at the hospital where he was treated are taking the fall.
Evidently some doctors and hospital workers the Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, N.J. took an unneeded peak at Clooney's medical history. As a result, they were all suspended without pay.
If we weren't talking about George Clooney or another celebrity this would be an issue. I'm told that medical professionals are guilty of looking back at unnecessary records all the time, but punishment doesn't come into play unless the patient is well known.
