Happy Sweetest Day!  What?!  You've never heard of it?

The Sweetest Day is another one of those phony holidays meant to make someone feel good while others make tons of money on silly products... think Valentine's Day.

The Sweetest Day takes place on the third Saturday of October each year.  The holiday began in 1922 by a Cleveland candy employee, Herbert Birch Kingston, who wanted to do something considerate for the those less fortunate.

So wish someone a Happy Sweetest Day today but don't be stupid and spend your hard earned money on another commercial holiday.
