Sordid Lives: the Series nears taping
Sordid Lives: The Series is about to become a reality.
The LOGO television series is a follow-up to the gay movie, Sordid Lives. It's about being gay with a crazy redneck family.
Sordid Lives star, Jason Dottley, posted this bulletin on his official MySpace page on Monday.
Hey Friends and Fans,
I just wanted to let you know that I'm posting this from Shreveport, Louisiana. More specifically, from Del's office on our production lot.
We are so excited to finally be working on the series! For those that missed my last post about SL:TS, we have great news. It looks like Rue McClanahan (I shouldn't need to say this, but for you real young ones, she's from "Golden Girls") will be joining our cast as Peggy, my grandmother. Isn't that crazy!!!!!!!
At any rate, I will be starting a blog this week that will chronicle our journey while making this show. We will be here until Feb. 2008!
I'll be getting back to you guys who have sent me messages this week, as well. I had to drive to Shreveport and haven't been online much.
It looks like this one is going to be HUGE! I love to see good gays doing great things!
