Britney Spears was caught leaving a Los Angeles Mexican resturant Thursday night looking much happier than usual.  Did she get ahold of some good loaded lollipops or is just relieved that the kids aren't weighing her down any more?

Either way, Britney looks CRAZY!  She told the paparazzi that she was "so happy" and asked "what have I got to be upset about?!"

She had her dog London in tow while PETA now wants Kevin Federline to seeks custody of the dog.

Britney needs some help.  If nothing else, it wouldn't kill her to stay home for a little while!
