Zac Efron borrows money from paparazzi
Zac Efron isn't posing for a picture. He is thinking VERY HARD about ways to generate change for the parking meter.
The High School Musical star did what any smart celebrity would do. Efron borrowed change for the meter from the paparazzi.
How can you make as much money as Zac does and not carry money for the meter? Is he like Karen Walker now and throwing out anything smaller than a $20?
Zac does look adorable in just about anything though, doesn't he?
