Actress Rebecca De Mornay arrested for DUI
Actress Rebecca De Mornay was arrested on the night before Halloween for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
The "Risky Business" star was stopped for a traffic violation in Beverly Hills when officers liquor on her breath, according to People.
Authorities told the magazine her blood alcohol level was .09 percent, above the legal limit of .08.
"She was very cooperative during the arrest," Lt. Tony Lee, a police spokesman, told the magazine.
Los Angeles County District Attorney spokeswoman says De Mornay had not been charged.
"I don't believe we have been presented a case," Gibbons said.
De Mornay's screen credits include HBO's surf drama "John From Cincinnati" and the films "American Venus," "Lords of Dogtown" and "Raise Your Voice"
She came to prominence as the prostitute who befriends Tom Cruise's high school student in the 1983 film "Risky Business."
