Former Laguna Beach "reality star" Jason Wahler was released from jail this week after serving 20 days of his 30 day sentence.

Wahler was thrown behind bars in Seattle, but his pulicist Siri Garber says he was released early.

"He's free, and he's doing very well," Garber said.

Jason was slapped with a 30-day sentence on October 24 when he plead guilty to charges of assault and a minor exhibiting signs of intoxication.  Wahler had also originally been charged with criminal trespassing, however that charge was dropped.

He's still on probation in L.A. until May 2010 due to the incident.
