Bachelor contestant Mary Delgado was arrested just one day after appearing on ABC's After the Rose.

Mary Delgado was arrested for assaulting Byron Velvick, the fiance that proposed to her at the end of The Bachelor's sixth season.

Delgado was evidently drunk when she was brought into the Pinella County jail around midnight on Wednesday night.  Mary spent the night in the click and was released later that day.

Velvick and Delgado have been engaged for about three years, since their season of the Bachelor.  During this week's special on ABC, the couple said they planned to wed next November.

I guess we'll have to see if that happens.
