"Transformers" star Shia Labeouf is off the hook!

The 21-year-old actor, who plays Indiana Jones' sidekick in the upcoming Harrison Ford adventure film, was charged with public misdemeanor last month after refusing to leave a Chicago, Ill., Walgreens store at 2 a.m. while appearing inebriated.

According to TMZ.blog, Shia was cleared from his misdemeanor charges on Wednesday. 

Shia's people say the actor is “happy to put this behind him and get back to work”.
