Who knows if Lindsay Lohan has really cleaned up her druggy ways?! 

If Lindsay is still drinking and doing drugs, she has done a good job hiding it... for the most part.

Now Lohan is in the headlines after she was evidently banned from the Shutters on the Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, california.

According to Star magazine, Lindsay stayed at the Shutters with her ex-boyfriend Riley Giles.

Evidently, the rehab duo not only cleaned out the mini-bar, but they also left dirty towels, cigarette butts and a dirty syringe in the room.

“Staffers went into clean and were shocked.  It was a pigpen. There was filth everywhere and the room stank of cigarette smoke. There was also a bloody syringe that someone left lying on the bedside table on a room service tray. Hotel security photographed it before calling someone to remove it because it was considered hazardous waste.”

I would definitely need to see the pictures to believe it, because when a trainwreck like Lindsay Lohan is involved... you never can tell!
