Now that Jamie Lynn Spears has revealed that she is knocked up, I'm sure the suits over at Nickelodeon are shitting bricks!

Their 16-year-old "Zoey 101" star is knocked up!  What a positive influence that is for teens and pre-teens across the country!  So now Jamie Lynn and her boyfriend Casey Aldridge are going to be parents. 

Meanwhile, the folks at Nickelodeon released this civilized statement:

"We respect Jamie Lynn's decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn's well being."

Jamie Lynn told OK! Magazine that she plans to raise the baby in Lousianna.  "Zoey 101" completed production on its fourth and final season in September, and new episodes are still scheduled to air through 2008.  I won't be surprised if Nickelodeon pulls those off the air.

Lets just hope she doesn't try to out-do Britney by strapping her new kid to the hood of her car or something.
