Actress Rebecca De Mornay was charged Thursday by the Los Angeles District Attorney's office with two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence, stemming from her October 30 arrest.

De Mornay will be arraigned on December 31, according to TMZ.blog.

Cops pulled over the "Risky Business" beauty on Sunset Blvd. the night before Halloween. During the stop, cops said they "immediately detected an odor of alcoholic beverages." De Mornay also failed her field sobriety tests.

Police say her blood alcohol level was .09, just over the legal limit on the night she was picked up.  Rebecca was booked and later released.
