After Britney Spears was pulled from her home on a stretcher and tied down in the psych ward, you would think she might come home and lay low for a while.

Instead, Britney dodged family while trying to avoid Dr. Phil and headed to Malibu with her new boyfriend, paparazzi photographer Adnan Ghalib.

"They were spotted having a meal together [Sunday] morning at the Daily Grill, where a smiling Britney enjoyed a mimosa at 10 a.m," according to PageSix.blog.

As we reported earlier today, Dr. Phil wants to have Britney and her whole family on Monday's show... but it doesn't look like that is going to happen.
