Can the Australian party teen become a socialite?

He's cocky, he knows how to party and he evidently has influence over his peers - sounds like a socialite in the making to me, but after watching this interview with 16-year-old Corey Worthington Delaney I have to wonder if the kid is smart enough to make a few bucks off of his ability to party hard.
Some are calling him Australia's answer to Paris Hilton, but I'm not sure Corey has it in him. Sadly, he probably isn't as smart as Paris. Delaney got into some deep shit by throwing a party at his parent's house while they were on vacation. Posting a bulletin about the "get together" on Myspace resulted in a 500 person riot. After cops showed up, the kid ran from his parents and police.
Corey has since been arrested and charged with producing child pornography (something he left behind for cops to find when he fled the scene). Again, Corey doesn't seem smart enough to do much.
However Corey is getting international attention and is evidently getting calls from all over the world from promoters who want his name on their party.
A smart kid could definitely turn this into a lifetime money maker, but I just don't think this blonde rebel is smart enough to pull it off.
