Will the Kennedy endorsements help Barack Obama?

They've been called the American Royal family, and now they're chiming in on who they want to win the Democratic primary. The big question is: will having the Kennedys in your corner help?!

Caroline Kennedy, JFK's daughter, wrote an Op-Ed in Sunday's New York Times supporting Barack Obama titled, "A President Like My Father". Caroline writes:

"Over the years, I’ve been deeply moved by the people who’ve told me they wished they could feel inspired and hopeful about America the way people did when my father was president. This sense is even more profound today. That is why I am supporting a presidential candidate in the Democratic primaries, Barack Obama."

Good writing, but Barack Hussein Obama is no John Fitzgerald Kennedy... nor will he ever be! I'm insulted that Caroline would compare her father, JFK, to Barack Obama.

The New York Times, like gaysocialites.blog, has endorsed Hillary Clinton.

Ted Kennedy is also going to endorse Barack Obama. I don't think this will help or hurt any of the candidates.

UPDATE: Kathleen, Bobby and Kerry Kennedy have endorsed Hillary Clinton. This is getting good!
