No, no -- don't get your hopes up. Lynne and Jamie Spears aren't scrubbing the toilets and vacuuming the floors at Britney's mansion. By cleaning house, I mean firing everyone!

Evidently as her conservator Brit's dad Jamie has been granted permission by the court to fire her business manager Howard Grossman.

The court order also requires Grossman to to turn over "all documents, records and assets relating to Britney Spears" to Jamie.

Rumor also has it that the Spears family wants to get rid of Britney's current divorce/ custody lawyers at Trope and Trope to bring back Brit's original counsel Laura Wasser. It has been confirmed that Wasser went to visit Britney while she was locked up in the looney bin, and the Spears family felt like the visit was healthy for their little crazy girl.

Trope and Trope has filed a motion in court to be removed as Britney/s representation. The wheels are already turning.

Getting rid of her manager and the attorney was part of the major plan to side-line Sam Lutfi. Jamie and Lynne Spears have tagged all of Britney's problems on Sam. It seems like they may not be too far from the target. Lutfi was buddy, buddy with Howard Grossman and the current lawyers.

Maybe the Spears family can get Britney back on track!
