Judge dismisses case against all gays

A federal judge has tossed out a case in which a woman in Nebraska hoped to sue all homosexuals.  As gaysocialites.blog reported earlier this week, 66-year-old Sylvia Driskell asking the courts to decide “Is Homosexuality a sin, or not a sin.”

Driskell, who said represented herself as an “ambassador” for her co-plaintiffs “God, and His, Son, Jesus Christ,” submitted a seven-page handwritten lawsuit to Judge Judge John Gerrard.  Without even hearing her case, he dismissed it.

“The United States Federal Courts were created to resolve actual cases and controversies arising under the Constitution and the laws of the United States,” Judge Gerrard wrote in his ruling. “A federal court is not a forum for debate or discourse on theological matters.”

That means all the gay people in the world won’t have to pack into a tiny Nebraska courtroom, and Driskell won’t have worry about subpoenaing all of us.
