A judge has decided that Howard Stern can sue Rita Cosby and the Hachette Book Group over Cosby's bestseller "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death" for defamation, but not for claiming he is gay.

The judge says that homosexuality is no longer viewed as contemptible, leaving Stern to sue for only 11 of his 19 claims.

In Cosby's book, she claims that Howard had sex with Anna Nicole's baby daddy, Larry Birkhead. Cosby even says that Smith later admitted Stern was gay.

Stern claims to be Anna Nicole's most recent lover. He also once claimed to be the father of Smith's daughter, Dannielynn.

A judge seems find it hard to believe that Anna Nicole Smith would enjoy watching video tapes of her future-baby's daddy having gay sex with her lawyer (and alleged husband).

That discussion came up in court because Smith's lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is suing former MSNBC Anchor Rita Cosby for defamation in her book "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death".

Stern wants $60 million in compensatory and punitive damages claiming that claims that 19 passages inside Cosby's book are untrue and defamatory.

Cosby's lawyer Elizabeth McNamara said that Howard K. Stern's image was shot way before her book even came out! I'd have totally agree.

Howard K. Stern, Drs. Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor say they're not guilty of killing Anna Nicole Smith. The trio entered their plea in Superior Court today.

The hearing was brief, and Anna Nicole wasn't mentioned by name. Stern, Eroshevich and Kapoor stood before the commissioner with their attorneys and answered "yes" when the judge asked if they wished to enter a not guilty plea.

The commissioner granted a motion requiring each defendant to provide a handwriting sample and she transferred the case to a judge for the next hearing.

Stern's attorney said he wanted the trial to happen as soon as possible.

Howard K. Stern was probably starting to think that he was in the clear for contributing to Anna Nicole Smith's death, but this week's arrests prove that cops are still looking into. Now, Stern is going to try and play the victim card again.

The attorney who represented Stern in the battle over where to bury Anna Nicole says that Howard is hurt by all of the lies and gossip going around about him.

"The television, tabloid and Internet trial of Mr. Stern in the court of public opinion has been based on sensational lies, speculation, rumor and gossip," Krista Barth said in a statement. "Unfortunately, it appears that criminal charges have now been brought by the state of California based on this same type of misinformation."

Barth says that no one has a leg to stand on while socking it to Stern.

"His accusers have been shown to have no credibility due to their conflicting stories, to have a bias based on their own personal agendas or to have no factual basis to support their accusations," she added.

She may be the only one in Howard's corner though. Jerry Brown, California Attorney General, has even referred to Stern as Smith's "principal enabler".

Things don't look good for Howard K!

Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend and doctors got arrested late Thursday for feeding the late model drugs. Now, the story is back in the headlines. gaysocialites.blog really got our big start at the time around Anna Nicole's death due to an insider who worked on "The Anna Nicole Smith" show for E! That source shared their thoughts with us on the latest developments this morning.

Due to their line of work and no official authorization to speak on Smith's affairs, our source wishes to remain anonymous.

"[Howard K. Stern] had to have known this was coming," our insider said. "He had been feeding her pills for years on the day she died, and he knew he was basically responsible for killing both Anna and Daniel."

Smith's son, Daniel, died a few months earlier from a lethal pill cocktail himself. Stern was briefly investigated in Daniel's death but later cleared.

"It all makes me sick," our source added. "Howard was obsessed with Anna Nicole, and he knew how to get her under his control."

California Attorney General Jerry Brown seemed to somewhat agree:

"Howard K Stern is the principal enabler, and Dr. Erosevich and Dr. Kapoor are prescribing drugs excessively to a known addict and using false and fictitious names, all in violation of the law and all in furtherance of a conspiracy."

It could be her last declaration that was the strongest, "Howard K. Stern killed Anna Nicole Smith, and one day the entire world would know."

Our source says they have no physical proof that Smith was killed by Stern, but the source blames Howard for supplying Anna Nicole with drugs for so long.

The story that put gaysocialites.blog on the map as a credible entertainment site is back in the headlines. Howard K. Stern was charged on Thursday with obtaining drugs for the late Anna Nicole Smith.

Smith, of course, died of a drug overdose in 2007 just after her son, Daniel, did the same thing in 2006.

Stern, psychiatrist Kristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor are all now facing one felony count each for prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict. In other words, they fed Anna Nicole drugs until she died.

"These individuals repeatedly and excessively furnished thousands of prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith, often for no legitimate medical purpose," California Attorney General Jerry Brown said in a statement. "There is ample evidence that Doctor Eroshevich and Doctor Kapoor violated their ethical obligations as physicians, while Mr. Stern funneled highly addictive drugs to Ms. Smith."

All 11 medications found in the Florida hotel room where Smith died were prescribed by Dr. Eroshevich, eight in Howard K. Stern's name, two to someone named Alex Katz and one to Eroshevich herself.

Dr. Kapoor had prescribed methadone for Smith when she was pregnant with daughter Dannielynn, and the Rx was made out to Anna Nicole's alias "Michelle Chase."

Stern, of course, claimed to be Smith's boyfriend at the time of her death. They also wed in a Bahamian ceremony.

Both men evidently posted $20,000 bail and were released on Thursday night. Their arraignment dates haven't been set yet.

Anna Nicole Smith's former companion, Howard Stern, is suing reporter Rita Cosby after she made allegations that is gay in her book "Blonde Ambition."

In her book, Cosby claims that Stern had engaged in homosexual sex with Larry Birkhead on a tape that was viewed by Anna Nicole Smith. Birkhead, of course, is the father of Anna Nicole's child Dannielynn. This isn't the first time someone has accused Larry of being on our team.

Rita Cosby released this statement in her own defense:

"In recent history, numerous stars had sex videotapes leaked to the Internet, including Pamela Anderson, Paris Hilton, Rob Lowe and others," her statement reads. "A possible sex videotape was hardly something that would raise an eyebrow in the milieu of Anna and Howard's life."

In other words, gay is okay!

So far, Birkhead isn't suing. Stern is socking to Cosby in the tune of $60 million.

Evidently, Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy went to an auction where he won some lingerie once worn by by the late Playboy model.

What does Larry want to do with those?

Give them to their daughter Dannielynn!

"I have a lot of history I have to put together that she doesn't really know about," Birkhead told The Associated Press. "Playboy was such a big part of Anna's career."

Birkhead spent nearly $3,000 on Anna Nicole's underwear. How strange is going to be when Larry explains to Dannielynn that he bought her mom's undies so she could see what kind of life her mom lived! AWKWARD!

Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur is suing TMZ and Howard K. Stern for "tarnishing her image."

This crazy old hoot thought she was a good mama until TMZ and plenty of other bloggers ran her name through the mud. As Anna Nicole told it, Virgie was a hateful old hag who couldn't even stand herself.

Arthur thinks that TMZ.blog was working with Howard K. Stern to prevent her from getting custody of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn.

"Their goal was simple and straightforward," the lawsuit filed in Texas State Court reads, "to ‘destroy’ anyone that was opposed to Howard K. Stern or his interest."

TMZ ran a story titled: "Virgie has son with step-brother." In their quasi-investigative piece, TMZ unveils that Virgie Arthur had a son with her step brother and a poll showed that most readers found it "creepy."

Anna Nicole's mama hasn't exactly denied the story's truth, but Virgie still wants financial compensation as an apology.

A Bahamas jury has determined that Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel, died of an accidental drug overdose.The seven-member jury recommended no criminal charges.

With less than two hours of deliberation, the jury came back with their verdict on Monday. The inquest to determine how Daniel Smith died began in November.

Daniel died while visiting Anna Nicole Smith in the Bahamas in September 2006. Anna Nicole had just given birth to Dannielynn when Daniel died.

An autopsy found that Daniel likely died from a combination of drugs, including methadone and antidepressants. Another jury decided that similar drug combo killed Anna Nicole a few months later in Florida.

The magistrate in the inquest to determine how Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel died has decided that homicide is not an option.

The jury gets to decided whether the death was an accident, "misadventure," non-dependent drug use or rule with an "open verdict."

Daniel died from a suspected drug overdose three days after his mother Anna Nicole Smith gave birth to her daughter Dannielynn in September 2006.

The Bahamian court's jury has heard testimony from Anna Nicole's baby daddy Larry Birkhead, most recent companion Howard K. Stern and a number of Smith's friends.

The inquest also heard that Daniel was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital for misuse of valium in July 2006.

The inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel, was back under way on Monday in the Bahamas.

Anna Nicole's baby daddy Larry Birkhead was on the stand and made some shocking allegations about Daniel Smith's drug use.

According to Birkhead, Daniel was somewhat of a regular drug user. Larry told the court that in 2006, Anna Nicole realized that her son was stealing her methadone and caught him on camera.

Birkhead also said he saw Daniel throw a television through a window and between January and May his behavior worsened.

In previous testimony to cops, Larry said he saw Anna Nicole give Daniel the drug Ecstasy and claimed he once saw Howard K. Stern smoke pot with Anna and Daniel. In Monday's hearing, Birkhead would not testify that he witnessed either of these things.

Stern takes the stand tomorrow.

"Anna Nicole Smith: The Movie" is coming, and here's the trailer starring Willa Ford as Anna.

The film covers Anna Nicole's life, and it may shed some light on her tragic life. They story evidently covers Smith's life from her days as a stripper all the way through her death last year in Florida.

Ford, best known for her appearance on "Dancing with the Stars", actually plays a good Anna Nicole Smith.

Everyone knows I was actually an Anna Nicole fan until all of the scandals came forth. I think it will be great to see a movie about her life. Maybe we'll learn something we didn't know.

It's official. Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn is the sole heir to the former Playboy Playmate's estate.

When Smith died, her out-dated will left everything to her son Daniel who died shortly before Anna Nicole did.

Howard K. Stern has been fighting to get Dannielynn named as the sole heir. On Tuesday, a judge granted that request and named Stern as the co-trustee of the estate along side Dannielynn's father Larry Birkhead.

The baby could inherit millions from the estate of Anna Nicole's late husband oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall.

Anna Nicole Smith's sole beneficiary Dannielynn is preparing to go under the knife. If you've ever watched The Insider and Entertainment Tonight, you know that Dannielynn needs corrective eye surgery. They talk about it all the time.

Now, Larry Birkhead said the time has come that Dannielynn will have to have surgery to "un-cross" her eyes. The baby, who just turned one year old, suffers from strabismus (commonly known as a lazy eye).

Birkhead told Entertainment Tonight that he was a bit nervous about sending Dannielynn to the operating table.

Larry said: "Having lost Anna and [her son] Daniel and my dad – my dad just came out of a simple surgery and he died – it's just tough for me to think about surgeries with [Dannielynn]."

That isn't stopping Birkhead from making a few bucks. Evidently Entertainment Tonight and The Insider have paid Larry $250,000 for the exclusive on the story.

Again, we ask is it possible that pretty boy Larry Birkhead is gay?

This isn't the first time, nor the second time, but the third time that someone has accused Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy of being a homo.

First a gay porn start came forward saying he was Larry Birkhead's former lover, then Rita Crosby accused Larry and Howard K. Stern of being gay lovers.

Now, Anna Nicole's former bodyguard "Big Moe" is saying that Anna told him Larry was gay.

"Well, she told me that, you know, he was a homosexual," Big Moe told Access Hollywood.

Big Moe also said that Anna Nicole simply looked at Birkhead as a sperm donor.

"Because of how Larry looked, she figured, oh my child would look great," Big Moe told Access Hollywood's Tony Potts. "Blonde hair, blue eyes, you know, 'Go great with me and my baby will come out beautiful.'"

"So basically, from what she told you and what you’re telling me is that Anna looked at Larry as a sperm donor to get a really beautiful child?" Tony asked.

"That's it," Big Moe said.

Big Moe also said that Birkhead wasn't Anna Nicole's type.

"Anybody that's been around Anna, they would know that Larry wouldn't be her type. First of all, she liked men that was wealthy, I mean that's no secret," Big Moe said.

Wow, more allegations that Larry Birkhead is gay. Could he really just be a pretty boy or is Larry Birkhead gay?

As strange as it is to admit now, I loved Anna Nicole Smith. A lot of shocking truth came out during that time following Anna Nicole's death, but she still made an impact on our generation.

One year ago Friday, Smith passed away in Hollywood, Florida of an accidental drug overdose. Ironically, that's why put gaysocialites.blog on the map!

Anna Nicole is survived by her estranged mother Virgie Arthur and lots of crazy rednecks in Texas. Shortly before Smith died, she gave birth to a little girl Dannielynn. Her son Daniel also died of an accidental overdose just days after Dannielynn was born.

An inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel continued on Wednesday in the Bahamas, and while Howard K. Stern may not be headed to jail for murder just yet; a horrible image is being painted of Anna Nicole's 'companion'.

During Wednesday's inquest, South Carolina developer G. Ben Thompson testified that he saw Howard K. Stern taking pictures of Daniel's dead body. Stern evidently told Thompson the photos "might be worth some money some day."

"I was totally shocked he was taking pictures of a dead child laying in that bed," Thompson said.

Thompson's son also testified on Wednesday saying that he saw Howard K. Stern remove two white bottles from Daniel's body just after he died.

If you'll remember, Daniel Smith died of an overdose while visiting Anna Nicole just after she delivered Dannielynn in the Bahamas.

The inquest resumes on March 17th when testimony from Larry Birkhead is expected.

After the wild night at Britney Spears' place on Monday, her mother Lynne Spears headed for Brit's pad for an intervention. This should have happened A LONG TIME AGO!

This morning Britney's mother was joined by her husband Jamie Spears as they launched an attack on Spears' friend turned 'manager' Sam Lutfi. Britney's parents branded Lutfi as “poison”.

Now that Britney's parents are back on the scene, Sam called up TMZ to give his side of the story. According to Lutfi, the Spears family “barged in" rather than intervened in Brit-Brit's troubled life. During the call, Sam made it very clear that Britney was by his side.

“They have an agenda. Their agenda is jealously because they don’t fit in. I do. They see her [Britney] three times a year.”

TMZ says the Spears family is planning an intervention, and they are leaving Lutfi out on purpose.

Lutfi also says he didn't make Britney buy a new Mercedes that was delivered to her home Tuesday night.

“Did I force you to buy a car.” In a heavy southern accent she responded, “No.” He continued, “Do I ever bug you.” She replied, “We argue.”

It sounds like Sam Lutfi is to Britney Spears as Howard K. Stern was to Anna Nicole Smith. We all know what happened to Anna Nicole!

Wednesday, November 28th would have been Anna Nicole Smith's 40th birthday.

The former Playboy superstar was born in Houston, Texas on November 28, 1967 and died in Hollywood, Florida on February 8, 2007.

Anna Nicole died of an overdose of a variety of drugs.  That was the same cuase of death for her 20-year-old son Daniel who died September 10th of last year.

Smith is survived by her daughter Dannielynn who is set to inherit billions from Anna Nicole's first husband, J. Howard Marshall's, estate.

The inquest into the events surrounding the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel, finally began Monday in the Bahamas.

Anna Nicole's attorney turned companion Howard K. Stern and her estranged mother Virgie Arthur were both present for the hearing.

Stern testified that Anna Nicole and Daniel were closer than the average son and daughter.

"She was very close to Danny and I saw it," Howard testified. "Almost every time I saw Anna Nicole, she had Danny with her."

On Monday, Stern said he dentified Daniel Smith's body at the morgue, but Howard did not discuss in detail the events that led up to Daniel's death.

Who cares about all that?!  I want someone to ask Stern who gave Daniel Smith the methodone that killed him! 

Daniel had come to the Bahamas to visit Anna after the birth of her daughter, Dannielynn. Autopsy reports show that Daniel died of lethal mix of methadone and lexapro.

The attorney general's office said Stern may be recalled as a witness for further questioning.

Witnesses did describe a sad scene as hospital staff tried to save Daniel's life with Anna Nicole refusing to leave the scene.

"There was difficulty getting her out of the room," James Iferenta, the emergency room doctor said. "She clung to Smith during my time in the room."

Testimony in the inquest is scheduled to resume Tuesday.

Anna Nicole Smith's lawyers want the late Playboy model's estate to pay over $160,000 for services rendered to Smith beginning in 2006.

The law firm of Trope and Trope says Anna Nicole's bill totalled $281,000, but only $118,000 has been paid.  Now, they want Smith's estate to cough up the difference.

Do you remember who manages the Anna Nicole Smith estate, currently?  It's none other than her most recent companion and long time attorney Howard K. Stern.

The bill has been forwarded to Stern. Howard hasn't commented... yet.

Howard K. Stern is making some headway in suit against Rita Cosby who wrote that Stern had sex with Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy Larry Birkhead.

Now the judge says Rita's stories are coming up short.  After all, they even caught Cosby on tape trying to pay two housekeepers for their testimony in the case.

The crazy thing is that Cosby heard that story from Jackie Hatten, the sister of Anna Nicole's ex Mark Hatten. 

According to papers filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Mark who just happens to be incarcerated for making criminal threats against Anna Nicole wants some of Smith's inheritance.

Mark Hatten is just flat up crazy!  Jackie Hatten is also Anna Nicole's self proclaimed best friend.  These two sound like reliable sources, huh?

Stern is suing Cosby for $60 million on claims of libel since both Howard and Larry deny that the event ever took place.... Of course they do.

Howard K. Stern is totally busted.

New videos have surfaced on Fox News that prove Anna Nicole Smith was drugged up while pregnant with Dannielynn.

Smith's former friend Ford Shelley turned the tapes over to Fox as you see here.

It is disturbing, disgusting and shows a taste of what Howard K. Stern really has to hide.  Stern can be heard off camera telling Anna Nicole what to do, and at one point he even refers to the tape as "un-usable," because the music is too loud.  What could Howard have wanted to "use" the tapes for?  Possibly blackmail.  He even said "this footage is worth millions."

Stern appeared on Larry King Live and made up a story saying that Anna Nicole was acting like a little a girl in the video and that no drugs were involved.  As you see on the video above, Smith was clearly getting more and more out-of-it as the time passed.  The little girl in the video even says Anna Nicole is "having brain trouble" and later told her father that he saw Stern give Smith two red striped pills from a while bottle shortly after she arrived.

This isn't the first time Stern lied on Larry King's show.  That CNN program was Howard's outlet to lie to the world declaring he was Dannielynn's father.  After a drawn out court battle, Larry Birkhead was proven to be the father of Anna Nicole's baby.

Over the past few weeks, Stern has filed papers with the court requesting that Dannielynn become the sole air to Anna Nicole Smith's estate, and if that little girl gets the millions of dollars up for grab in Smith's ex-husband's inheritance... Howard K. Stern wants a few million too.

Once again, we are reminded of the evil source that seemingly controlled Anna Nicole Smith and ultimately took her life.

Anna Nicole Smith's most recent companion and lifelong money sucking attorney Howard K. Stern has made his first move to make a real profit on the Playboy Playmate's death.

Stern filed papers requesting 6% of any money the estate inherits from Smith's late oil-tycoon husband, J. Howard Marshall II's, estate.

That may not seem like a lot, but Howard is a smart man.  If Anna Nicole's estate inherits anything from her late husband's estate, it will be millions and millions of dollars.

If Stern gets his way with a 6% profit, he'll get several million himself.

And to believe that I was starting to give Stern the benefit of the doubt.

The case of Anna Nicole Smith's death is heating up again as authorities say they have raided six locations including homes and office belonging to doctors in connection with the overdose leading to the Playboy death.

Even though no one was arrested, Attorney General Jerry Brown told reporters that the investigation involved "the prescribing and dispensing practices of several California licensed doctors and pharmacies."

 "You don’t go to a judge and get a search warrant for somebody’s home unless you think some rather serious crime has been committed," Brown said.

Brown also told the media that he started the investigation on March 30th after learing that the drugs that killed Anna Nicole were prescribed by California doctors and distributed by California pharmacies.

As we first told you in February, Anna Nicole died at the Hard Rock Hotel in Florida. 

A spokesperson for the DA's office didn't say which doctors were involved in the case, however CNN is reporting that they are Khristine Erochevich, Smith's shrink, and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who reportedly prescribed the powerful painkiller methadone to Smith shortly before she died.

The case gets a bit more juicy.  Both CNN and TMZ are reporting that Smith's former attorney and most recent companion, Howard K. Stern was at Eroshevich's home when the cops arrived.  Stern's lawyer says he was there to pick up his dogs.

Stern, of course, lost custody of Smith's daughter Dannielynn when paternity tests proved that one of Anna Nicole's former flings, Larry Birkhead, was the babies father.

Howard K. Stern remains as the administrator of Anna Nicole Smith's estate.

Smith's former attorney and companion, Howard K. Stern says this photo was taken another time when Anna Nicole was still alive.  Smith is obviously overdosed in this photo, so why didn't someone get her help?!

Regardless both parties have released the following statements about the photos:

From Howard K. Stern's attorney L. Lin Wood:

“Shortly after I was retained by Howard Stern, I received firsthand information that MOE BRIGHTHAUPT (”Big Moe”) had contacted tabloids offering for sale one or more photographs of Anna Nicole Smith. Yesterday, photographs of Anna Nicole and Dannielynn were posted on various Internet websites. These photographs are the property of the Estate of Anna Nicole Smith and were stolen from her camera shortly after her death. Big Moe denies selling the photographs but admits that he is distributing them. His misappropriation of Estate property is unlawful and his stated motives for doing so are not credible.

“This is another egregious example of deceit and manipulation by individuals and certain members of the media to profit from Anna Nicole’s death. Even more disturbing is the fact that selective photographs have been distributed - intentionally selected to make Anna Nicole and others appear in a false light. Fortunately, the memory card stolen from the camera had been downloaded before it was stolen and the Estate is in possession of every photograph in the series. The other photographs clearly show that Anna Nicole, as she often did, was merely playing for the camera.

Big Moe's spokesperson, Paul Porter had this to say,

“After reading the statement of attorney L. Lin Wood we find it necessary to respond to a series of erroneous comments. Big Moe has never stolen anything, including a memory card shortly after the untimely death of Anna Nicole Smith. Claims of profiting from Anna Nicole’s death are equally disturbing. Big Moe would never seek to profit from the disturbing photographs on various Internet websites.

“In regard to L. Lin Wood’s comment regarding deceit and manipulation the pictures in question through focused eyes speak for themselves. If playing for the camera included Anna Nicole Smith vomiting, L. Lin Wood has taken spin to a new level.

“Big Moe continues to mourn the death of his close friends, but continues to question why pictures on Anna Nicole Smith were ever taken in the first place.”

“The Estate shall pursue all available remedies against any individual or entity involved in the unauthorized distribution or publication of these, or any other, stolen photographs.”

Cosby's book, "Blond Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death," claims that Stern had a gay relationship with Anna's baby daddy Larry Birkhead.

Anna Nicole Smith's former lover Mark Hatten, who is currently in jail for making criminal threats against the former Playboy model, is suing Howard K. Stern for 'trying to kill' him.

In the suit, Hatten claims that Stern tried to kill him to get him out of Anna Nicole's life.

Hatten also claims that Stern drugged Anna Nicole with Methadone, Xanax, cough syrup, Oxycontin and other narcotics.

Mark is seeing $100,000,000 in damages.  He's also a bit wacko.

Do you remember back when Anna Nicole Smith's son died from a lethal mix of drugs, mainly methadone and lexapro?  Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern weren't the only people in the room with Daniel that day.  A third person was in the hospital room, and now we know who the third mystery man was.

TMZ.blog is reporting that G. Ben Thompson was also there the day Daniel died.  Thompson is one of Anna Nicole's former flings.  At one point, he also threw his name into the hat as a potential contender as Dannielynn's father.

Thompson also owns Horizons, the home in the Bahamas where Anna Nicole Smith was hiding as Larry Birkhead struggled to prove that the was baby Dannielynn's father.  Thompson later tried to evict Anna Nicole from Horizons, but strangely Howard K. Stern continues to live there.

It looks like the cold case of Daniel Smith's death is suddenly on fire again!

A new tell-all book about the rise and fall of Anna Nicole Smith claims that her long-time companion Howard K. Stern and her baby daddy Larry Birkhead were actually gay lovers.

Ironicly, these two men were the guys who battled it out both claiming to be Dannielynn's father before a paternity test proved that the sperm that knocked up Anna Nicole came from Birkhead.

Now, former MSNBC news anchor Rita Crosby writes in her new book, "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death," that Stern and Birkhead were actually gay lovers.

Sordid passages in the soon-to-be released book by former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby describe how Anna Nicole and her friend allegedly caught Stern and Birkhead with their shirts off and their pants around their ankles in a Los Angeles home.

Jackie Hatten, described in the book as one of Anna Nicole's closest friends, said the men were engaged in oral sex.

"Their bodies were intermingled," Hatten says, according to a copy of the book obtained by the New York Daily News. "It was obvious what was happening."

The shocking book accuses Birkhead and Stern of cutting a secret deal after Anna Nicole was buried in March, with Birkhead getting custody of Dannielynn in return for Stern being named executor of the star's estate.

This could be one hellva bomb shell to an already explosive story!

"None of it is true," Birkhead told The News. "I'm gonna sue Rita Cosby for it."

This isn't the first time Larry has been accused of being gay.  In April of this year, a male model named Kerrick Ross said he and Birkhead were once gay lovers as well.  Birkhead claimed he was going to sue over that one too and never did.  Maybe because its true?!

As I wrote back in April, "this could explain his impeccable style, gorgeous blond hightlights and gay-esque lisp."

Howard K. Stern is back in court defending the honor of his woman, Anna Nicole Smith.

On August 3, Howard K. Stern, Smith’s former lover and the executor of her estate, was granted a temporary restraining order against Dr. Gerald Wayne Johnson, the Texas doctor who performed the breast implant surgery that gave the former Playmate her cartoonish curves. Also named in the suit are Johnson’s wife, Alana Johnson, and Thomas Riccio, an L.A.-based memorabilia broker.

Evidently Dr. Johnson taped Anna Nicole's boob job surgery without her concent back in 1994, and evidently his wife tried to sell the tapes to Riccio.

How many more people are going to try and make money off of this dead lady?

In a filing earlier this year, Stern alleged that selling the tape violates patient/doctor privilege, as well as federal HIPPA guidelines and Texas state law.

Larry and Dannielynn Birkhead appeared on the Larry King Live show on Tuesday night.  Here's a portion of the interview. 

In another segment (not shown here), Birkhead says that Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur is still fighting for custody of Dannielynn.

That baby is so darn cute!  Dannielynn has Anna Nicole's eyes.  It's almost scary.

Notice towards the end of the video, Larry King snaps at Dannielynn not to touch the microphone.  Watch it there Larry.

I hate to say it, but it looks like Larry Birkhead was putting on a big ole show.  Regardless I hope they're happy.

Anna Nicole Smith has one more chance for a hit at the box office or straight to video or however her new movie "Illegal Aliens" lands before our eyes. The video here is the trailer for the movie that was released last August before Anna Nicole died.

This week it the movie which features Anna Nicole in a "Charlie's Angel"-style trio formed "when three aliens morph into super-hot babes and arrive to protect the earth from the intergalactic forces of evil" hit Cannes this week.

Whether or not the producers can be accused of cashing in on Smith's untimely death, they certainly make no attempt to minimize Anna Nicole's part and at one point in the movie, the three heroines recline on a sofa, watching the real Anna Nicole Smith on television.

Smith, of course, died of an overdose on Feb. 8 in Florida.  She is buried in the Bahamas beside of her late son Daniel.

Anna Nicole Smith's estranged half-sister Donna Hogan is trying her best to get some free PR for her book "Train Wreck" about Anna Nicole.

Donna recently took a highly publicized trip to Anna Nicole's grave site.  She took Inside Edition along as she almost turned away.

According to the graveyard attendant, Howard K. Stern (who owns the plot where Anna Nicole and Daniel are buried) has given strict orders to only allow Dannielynn, Larry Birkhead and Anna Nicole's mother Virgie Arthur to visit the grave.

After an exchange of words, the graveyard's supervisor allowed Donna to go visit Anna Nicole's grave.  Inside Edition reports that Donna was mad because Anna Nicole's grave was unmarked.  She also told the TV tabloid that she was upset because nothing was on Daniel's grave at all.

This is the weekend when celebs flock to Kentucky to bet their hard earned cash and attend tons of parties, but for one man this year's Derby is bitter sweet homecoming. 

Larry Birkhead met Anna Nicole Smith at the Kentucky Derby, but he probably never guessed how much this blonde Playboy model would change his life. 

Before anyone even knew the name Dannielynn, Larry Birkhead was simply a photographer from Kentucky.  In 2004, Dannielynn's parents, Anna Nicole and Larry met at the Kentucky Derby. 

Friday night, Birkhead returned to the party where he and Anna Nicole first laid eyes on each other.  "It's exciting, but it's sad," Birkhead told an AP reporter.

He said Dannielynn was at home, getting to know his family.

"She's doing great," he said. "She's eating well. She's sleeping well."

Other early guests to arrive were actress and model Jenny McCarthy, actress Cybill Shepherd, celebrity chef Bobby Flay, Olympic ski racer Bode Miller and actor Jerry O'Connell.  Members of Britain's royal family are also in the south this weekend to attend the Derby.

Anna Nicole Smith's baby is in safe hands, not necessarily because Dannielynn has moved to the US with her daddy Larry Birkhead.  Dannielynn will be safe and tight, because Larry is hiring a a security team to protect her.

With the potential to inherit nearly $500 million, you can't be too safe when you're Dannielynn's father.  US Weekly is reporting that the security team will keep their eyes on Anna Nicole's little girl 24/7.

It looks like the Birkheads will be better safe than sorry.

Larry Birkhead has finally made it back to the United States with the daughter he fathered with Anna Nicole Smith.  Larry and Dannielynn arrived in Lousiville, Ky on Tuesday evening attracting a media freenzy. 

Birkhead took a moment to speak with hometown reporters who gathered along the airport fence.  Larry told the local Fox affiliate WDRB, "It just feels good to be home." 

Even though he got choked up in front of the cameras fighting back tears, Birkhead said he felt like he had come "full circle."  Making it back home just in time for the Kentucky Derby. Larry said he'll be heading to the Barnstable Brown party on Friday, that's the first place where he met Anna Nicole Smith.

I somewhat feel sorry for Howard K. Stern.  He is all alone in the Bahamas probably as lonely as can be.  There's always methadone I guess.

Larry and Dannielynn Birkhead have left the Bahamas and landed in Louisville, Kentucky where Birkhead was raised.  This is the first time that Anna Nicole Smith's baby has met her paternal grandparents.

Access Hollywood is reporting that the US media freenzy has already begun in Kentucky.  As Larry and Dannielynn landed, two helicopters swarmed above while the media lined the airport's chain link fence.

Tony Potts of Access Hollywood traveled with the Birkheads on their flight from the Bahamas to Kentucky and confirmed that they had a nice flight. 

“She ate, slept, played and ate again,” Potts recounted. “She barely even fussed.”

Her also confirmed that Larry had a comfortable ride.  Whew, we can all sleep again.

This is also the first time that Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, will be away from the baby who he once claimed to be his own.

The late Anna Nicole Smith seems to have the power to dominate headlines dead or alive.  The former Playboy model who died in February seems to be getting more media attention now than she ever did while she was live. 

Anna Nicole's fame will continue as new taped interviews of the buxom blonde have surfaced where she speaks from the grave about child sex abuse, her abusive mother and her memories of J. Howard Marshall.

Writer Joyce Wagner, who interviewed Anna, has the tapes and says:

"A lot of people are trying to tell her story... This is Anna talking about who she was."

Smith also describes the relationship with her estranged mother Virgie Arthur who continues to battle it out for Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn challenging her biological father Larry Birkhead for some sort of shared custody. In one of the tapes, Anna Nicole recalled returning home after running away one day when she was in the seventh grade:

"[Virgie] came straight upstairs. Without even asking, 'Why did you run away?,' she started beating the shit out of me. She started kicking me with her boot."

In the new videos, Anna Nicole also talks about being sexually abused, but Wagner requested not to speak about that.  I guess she has to save something until people start throwing money at her!

Anna also talked about how she enjoyed satisfying her late husband J. Howard Marshall in bed.

"We had sex a lot," Smith told Wagner.

"He could not exactly satisfy me, which is to be expected. But he was very satisfied himself. That's really all that mattered to me. He satisfied me in other ways. He cared about me. He never looked down at me."

The interview was taped for a book that Wagner shelved, according to the NY Daily News.  However now, the writer says she feels "morally compelled to put her word$ out there."  I'm $ure $he does.

Larry Birkhead, the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, says he doesn't like the spotlight left behind by the late Playboy playmate.

WENN is reporting that is tempted to lead an anonymous life with his baby daughter Dannielynn, despite being inundated with media job offers.

"A lot of people are calling. There's a script for a movie, some TV, an entertainment correspondent for a show, things like that," Birkhead said.

But evidently the money isn't enough to keep Birkhead, a California photographer, on the opposite side of the lense.

"Maybe I'll just go off into the sunset with my daughter. I don't want to live under the microscope like Anna," Larry added.  "I want to make a difference for my daughter. Maybe we'll live a quiet life by the beach, or go back to where I'm from, or find a place to start new."

Birkhead was cleared to leave the Bahamas with Dannielynn on Friday.  He was expected to take the daughter he fathered with Smith back to California 7-months after she was born.

The secret is out as to why NBC has taken the lead in the Anna Nicole Smith on television.  Page Six is reporting that NBC made a million dollar deal with Larry Birkhead giving them exclusive rights on his version of the Anna Nicole Smith story.

While Anna Nicole was alive, the lines were drawn.  Smith and her companion Howard K. Stern made a few million bucks off of The Insider and Entertainment Tonight, while her ex-boyfriend was telling his story to NBC's Access Hollywood for a few bucks himself. 

Now, shows like Access Hollywood and Today are beating the pack when it comes to Anna Nicole Smith, Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead news as Birkhead has earned $1 million for keeping them informed.

The New York Post confirmed their story with a Bravo exec: "NBC Universal has an exclusive contract with Larry Birkhead and we don't discuss the terms of our deals."

The Post also reports that the deal is nearing its end with one last she-bang as Birkhead brings Dannielynn home to California.

"They'll be on board a Bravo-funded plane along with Howard K. Stern and the network is planning some kind of big interview," our insider says.  

This isn't the first scoop NBC-Universal has gotten.  Access Hollywood was the first with a copy of the Dannielynn's newly-issued birth certificate. Last month, Birkhead showed off a tattoo he has of the late blond bombshell just above his jean line for the TV tabloid news program.

A new birth certificate has been issued for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter listing Larry Birkhead as the baby's father and changing her name to Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead.

This clears the path for Birkhead to take Dannielynn to the US where he plans to raise Anna Nicole's daughter.

Anna Nicole's most recent companion Howard K. Stern was previously listed as the father of Dannielynn, who then carried his last name.  DNA tests revealed much later that Birkhead was, in fact, the baby's father.  Anna Nicole Smith, of course, died in Florida on Feb. 8.

Larry Birkhead is free to leave the Bahamas with his daughter, Dannielynn, despite an appeal from Anna Nicole Smith's mother.  The three judge panel shot down Virgie Arthur's appeal on Friday calling her case "weak."

Virgie said she didn't want Larry and Dannielynn to leave the Bahamas, because she was afraid he wouldn't bring the baby back for an official custody hearing on June 8.

The judges delivered another blow to Arthur, who Anna Nicole often referred to as "Mommy Dearest," when all three judges agreed that the case would probably ultimately be decided in a US court.  That actually makes more sense anyway, since Virgie and Larry both live in the US.  Virgie seems to be enjoying the Bahamas' laid-back government.

The court also required that Virgie cover $3,000 in fees basically for wasting everyone's time.  Birkhead said he didn't understand why Arthur thought he might not return for the hearing in June.

"I don't know where she got that from. Maybe that's why they made her pay money. There was no foundation for her to say that; I've always indicated that I would come back so that wasn't necessary," he said.

Howard K. Stern also attended Fridays hearing.  Once Birkhead's opponent, Stern now says he is standing behind Dannielynn's biological father 100%.

"I'm going to help Larry out in any way I can, and if it take years in the United States, I'll do it. I'm hopeful that that won't happen though," Stern said.

Birkhead indicated earlier this week that he planned to fly out by the weekend.

Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother has filed an appeal to a judge's ruling that Larry Birkhead can return to the US with his daughter Dannielynn. 

According to TMZ.blog, Virgie Arthur wants the baby to stay in the Bahamas.  As TMZ points out, Arthur was the one who wanted to have Anna Nicole buried in Texas where she lives ... in the US.

Maybe this woman really is evil as Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern have so often described her.  Why would she want the child to have to stay in the Bahamas where she doesn't even live?

Chances are she wants the child to stay in the Bahamas where she can have easy sight on her, and the Bahamas has a really relaxed government.

The saga continues Friday in a public hearing.

Larry Birkhead has waited several months for this moment as he ventures out in public for the first time with he and Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn.  Access Hollywood must have been the highest bidder as they were there every step of the way.

“When you were pulling up to the newsstand and trying to find pictures of your daughter [months ago] did you ever think you would have this day holding her having pictures taken of you two together,” Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts asked Birkhead in a recent sit down interview.

“It’s a good feeling you know, just to capture the moment, one of the first moments me and my daughter together,” Birkhead said.

Potts describes his day with Larry and Dannielynn saying that she never cried, and when Dannielynn seemed tired of the day long photo shoot; Birkhead would rock her back and forth comforting her.

He also described somber moments where it seemed everyone wished Anna Nicole was still around too.

"For it to be a family picture of sorts but not with Anna in, it’s kind of different,” Birkhead said. 

“If she is up there looking down, do you think she is finally happy and at peace with this,” Tony asked Larry.

“I think she’ll be happy about it,” he replied.

Yeh, because Anna Nicole was so happy about the fact that he was the father while she was alive, but then again she was drugged off her gourd.  Maybe things could be different if there wasn't so much methadone involved.

Anna Nicole Smith's former hair dresser Daniel DiCriscio verbally attacked Smith's one-time designer Bobby Trendy after Trendy claims he is 'starring' in Anna Nicole's biopic as himself.  While Trendy may appear in the movie, I can't imagine that he has a big enough role to be considered a star.

DiCriscio sent out a message to Trendy by jumping in from of the TMZ camera and angrily yelling,

"Can you cut it out man, I'm gonna have to kick your ass, seriously! You have no business being in her movie and you know it!"

DiCriscio says that Trendy is "crazy" and challenged him to fire back.  If you ask me, they are both probably looking for a little time the spotlight after spending so much time in Anna Nicole's shadows.

Trendy met Smith on her reality show "Anna Nicole Show" on E!, and DiCriscio has been doing her hair since 1994.  He also went partying earlier this week with an Anna Nicole Smith look-a-like claiming it was a tribute to the late Playboy playmate.

This is going to be an amazing cat fight, TMZ promises that it will 'hair-raising.'

As for the film, there is a Howard K. Stern character, but no word on whether or not there is someone playing Larry Birkhead.

Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy Larry Birkhead said today that he is seeking to change Dannielynn's birth certificate removing Howard K. Stern's name as her father and and replacing it with his own.

Birkhead and Stern have formed a strange "companionship" since DNA revealed that Larry was the father of Anna Nicole's daughter arriving and departing from court hearings together and such.

Both do share one thing in common, their opposition to Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur.

Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn is free to leave the Bahamas with her biological father Larry Birkhead.  A source close to the trial says the judge granted Birkhead permission to take his baby girl back to the United States assuming he and Dannielynn return for an official custody hearing on June 8.

Even though DNA results proved that Birkhead was Dannielynn's father, he has been stuck in a custody battle with Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur.  As a result, Anna Nicole sole heir has been staying with the man who originally claimed to be her father, Howard K. Stern, at the compound where Smith lived in the Bahamas before dying on Feb. 8.

Arthur evidently wants custody rights and believes she should get to help oversee Anna Nicole Smith's estate to be inherited by Dannielynn.  That inheritance will likely contain millions of dollars.  The millions are expected to come from Smith's late husband J. Howard Marshall's estate.

gaysocialites.blog has learned that Larry Birkhead is anxious to return to the US, but he and Dannielynn won't be heading straight to California.  Larry's father has been ill, and he plans to take Dannielynn to Kentucky to meet the rest of his family.

Birkhead refused to comment on the specifics of the trial after today's hearing keeping with the strict privacy requirements in the Bahamas.

"I guess all I can say really is that it was a good day for me in court," he said.

Larry also confirmed that he plans to leave the Bahamas with Dannielynn very soon. 

Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel are both buried in the island nation.

Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother is still causing grief for Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn.  Even though DNA has proven that Birkhead is Dannielynn's father, Anna Nicole's "mommy dearest" Virgie Arthur is preventing baby and father from moving back to the US, according to TMZ.blog.

Virgie is trying to block Larry's move to take Dannielynn back to the US unless Larry agrees to share guardianship with her. Virgie also wants sole guardianship if Larry dies while Dannielynn is still a minor.  Virgie's conditions are curious to say the least, especially since we know the Bahamian judge has already said that he would probably allow Larry to take the baby to the U.S., provided he return with Dannielynn for the formal custody hearing on June 9.

Virgie and Larry are due back in court on Wednesday.  The judge could grant Birkhead the right to take Dannielynn back to California.

Dannielynn has been living with Smith's most recent companion and the man who claimed to be the babies father, Howard K. Stern.

It looks like Anna Nicole Smith's baby will soon be moving to California to live with her father Larry Birkhead.  In Touch magazine is reporting that Larry Birkhead is preparing his home for Dannielynn, and that he is lining up heath care for the little girl.

“She’s one of the most alert babies I’ve ever seen.  She’s very healthy," Birkhead told Access Hollywood about his baby girl. 

The National Ledger is reporting that Birkhead received around $2 million for an OK! Magazine photo shoot that is on newsstands now.

If Virgie Arthur stops this custody transition, then we'll see that she really is in it for the money. I better what I say, because I'm sure she'll be the next to get a liable attorney.  This isn't anywhere near over!!

It looks Larry Birkhead is heading back to California with the daughter he fathered with Anna Nicole Smith as early as Wednesday. 

Access Hollywood is reporting that Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern Birkhead will leave the compound where she has been living with Howard K. Stern since Smith's death in early February.

Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur is still challenging Birkhead's drive for full custody.  Arthur wants full custody of Dannielynn if anything ever happens to Larry, and she evidently wants to be a co-administrator for Anna Nicole's estate.  That estate could be worth millions and millions of dollars if the money that Smith was fighting for is passed down from her late husband, J. Howard Marshall million dollar inheritance.

Access Hollywood says they'll have an exclusive interview with Birkhead later this week.

While custody was not finalized on Friday at a court in hearing the Bahamas, Larry Birkhead seems pretty confident that he will be taking the baby he fathered with Anna Nicole Smith back to the US soon.

Birkhead said he couldn't discuss the details of the hearing due to strict Bahamian privacy laws, but he said he would be making travel plans soon.

"I can't talk about what they say in court," he said as he smiled from ear to ear. "On my behalf, everything went well, and I'm moving towards starting a life with my daughter out of the Bahamas... I know I'm going to be making some travel arrangements pretty soon, so everything's good for me."

Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur left the court room without addressing the media, which is unusual for her, while Howard K. Stern supported Birkhead's custody bid.  Stern said Arthur  "proved herself to be what Anna Nicole always told me," adding that the custody hearing "should have been over today."

They'll be back in court on Wednesday.

Larry Birkhead's gay scandal may be the talk of the town, but as we told you earlier Larry has been talking with OK! Magazine on what it will be like to raise he and Anna Nicole Smith's baby.

Dannielynn and Larry look adorable on the cover of the magazine, and inside he says he thinks Anna Nicole would enjoy seeing Larry and their daughter so happy.

"When I see Dannielynn smile, when she's all happy, I think how happy Anna would be about her happiness," Birkhead said. "I want to tell Dannielynn all the great things about her mom... all the good things. She has her mom's long legs and she's just beautiful," he gushed.

Birkhead and Anna Nicole's most recent companion Howard K. Stern have also formed a strange bond.  The two men have been battling each other in court since Anna Nicole's death and were taking low blows at each other even before Smith died.  Afterall, Stern is the person who tried to keep Larry away from his daughter.  Now, Birkhead says Howard will be a part of Dannielynn's life.

I can already tell she is going to have a strange, media-filled upbringing.

Larry Birkhead may have gotten Anna Nicole Smith pregnant to conceive Dannielynn, but now a male model has come forward claiming that Birkhead is gay!

Kerrick Ross did a tell all interview with the National Enquirer saying he had a gay affair with Dannielynn's daddy.  The tabloid says he even passed a lie detector test!

"America doesn't know the whole story about Larry Birkhead," Kerrick, who's 38 and lives in Louisville, Ky., told The ENQUIRER.

The two met at a cocktail party in Louisville around mid-2000 when Birkhead was a struggling real estate agent and writer, angling for a show business career in Hollywood.

"We were together for about two months and had sex eight to 10 times, always at my apartment. He often spent the whole night with me."

But Birkhead insisted on keeping their romance a secret. "I had been 'out' for a long time, but Larry was not out of the closet — and he was terrified about his family, who were devout Southern Baptists, finding out he was having a gay relationship," revealed Kerrick.

"He was especially afraid of his father finding out. He said, 'If my Dad knew about this, he would kill me!'

Birkhead's lawyers deny that he had a gay relationship with Kerrick, but Kerrick passed a rigorous polygraph test administered by a top-notch examiner.

And Kerrick says Larry didn't consider himself gay. "He was more comfortable saying he was bi-sexual," Kerrick told The ENQUIRER. "I never knew him to go out with women when we were together, but I found out after we broke up that he had been seeing women." While Kerrick says Birkhead was inexperienced at gay sex, he found out later that he'd stolen Larry from another man!

The new issue of the NATIONAL ENQUIRER has more details about Larry's other relationship plus an independent eyewitness account of Kerrick's relationship with Larry.

This could explain his impeccable style, gorgeous blond hightlights and gay-esque lisp.  Did Larry Birkhead know what he wa$ doing the whole time?  Was Howard K. Stern protecting Dannielynn from her gay daddy? I guess time will tell!

This is it! The first picture of Larry Birkhead with the baby that he fathered with Anna Nicole Smith. This is the first public picture of Larry and Dannielynn after a fierce custody battle with Anna Nicole's lawyer turned companion, Howard K. Stern.

Birkhead told the US edition of OK Magazine: "Anna Nicole would be so happy for us".

Birkhead and Stern are currently making the transition for Larry to bring Dannielynn back to the US from the Bahamas where she and Howard have been staying since Anna Nicole Smith's death on February 8th.

Birkhead is still sorting out custody and visitation details with Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur.

Two diaries written by the late Playboy playmate Anna Nicole Smith failed to sell this weekend at a high profile auction.  Now the diaries are available for a minimum bid of $25,000 each, acording to Heritage Auction Galleries of Dallas.

"We have a buy-it-now situation," said Doug Norwine, the director of music and entertainment memorabilia at the auction house.

There were two bidders who both pulled out at the last moment.  Experts say the bidders likely pulled out of the auction after Smith's lawyer-turned-partner, Howard K. Stern, claimed the diaries had been stolen and should be returned to her estate.

The auction house obtained the journals and other items from an anonymous German businessman who purchased the diaries on eBay for more than $500,000 a few weeks ago. The items were allegedly taken from Smith's garbage while she was taping her reality show for E!

The German businessman decided to auction the diaries after securing the publishing rights.  I hope that works for him, because he didn't make anything off this sale!

I told you that Larry Birkhead might have a huge road block that could delay bringing Dannielynn home with him to California.  The avalanche has fallen, Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur is flexing her grandmother muscle and slowing down the proceedings.

Arthur evidently wants custody of Dannielynn if anything happens to Larry Birkhead, according to the NY Daily News.

"Larry's not happy that Virgie wants guardianship [if something happens to him]," their source says.

The Daily News is also reporting:  Birkhead, who has a tight-knit family in his native Kentucky, including a married twin brother with two kids, feels his family should be next in line to raise Dannielynn if he dies. He plans to take the child back to the U.S. when he gets custody.

Anna Nicole's most recent partner Howard K. Stern is standing behind Birhkead despite that fact that he proved that Stern wasn't Dannielynn's biological father.  Stern says that Birkhead has been spending lots of time with Dannielynn and is "is doing a great job." 

Stern and Arthur don't have the best past.  Stern stood behind Anna Nicole as she often referred to Virgie as "mommy dearest" and is willing to support Birkhead to prevent Virgie from being a part of Dannielynn's life.  Stern is also suing Virgie's lawyer for libel.

Stern also says he plans to stay in the Bahamas where Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel are both buried.

Larry and Virgie have until Friday to work something out.

When Howard K. Stern announced that he was hiring high-profile attorney L. Lin Wood, we knew he was serious about slamming a few libel lawsuits on those who have spoken less than highly about him since Anna Nicole Smith died on February 8th. 

Stern has named his first victim- John O'Quinn, the man who represents Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur.  Howard says that O'Quinn suggested to reporters that Stern was responsible for Smith's death. 

According to court papers filed Friday in West Palm Beach and obtained by the Associated Press, "O'Quinn appeared on several national TV shows to discuss the case in the days leading up to the medical examiner's announcement of what killed Smith."

In an interview with Fox News' Greta Van Susteren, O'Quinn said that Arthur believed Stern had murdered her daughter. O'Quinn also implied on MSNBC that Stern was a little to eager to get a glimpse at Smith's will in the days leading up to her death, the lawsuit states. 

Stern is currently helping Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead get sole custody of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn.  DNA results revealed on Tuesday showed that Larry Birkhead is Dannielynn's father, not Howard K. Stern.  Stern says he will stand behind Birkhead to ensure that Arthur does not get any custody right to the little girl.

Dannielynn could very well get a multi-million dollar settlement from Smith's late husband J. Howard Marshall's estate.

They should have known better than to have the hearing to determine who gets custody of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, on Friday the 13th. On Tuesday, DNA results showed Larry Birkhead was the baby's father. 

On Friday, Birkhead didn't have bad luck, but he didn't have good luck either.  He and Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, seem to be gridlocked over whether or not grandma should have joint custody of the little girl.  Thursday night Virgie and Larry met to discuss a possible joint custody arrangement.  Virgie says she wants equal custody of the Anna Nicole's sole heir if Larry won't agree to her request for visitation rights.

The hearing held in the Bahamas was brief, starting Friday afternoon at 2:30 and ending about 30 minutes earlier.  Birkhead skipped talking with the press while Stern stopped to get some face time.  Anna Nicole's most recent companion said told reporters that the custody transition from he to Birkhead has already started.

"If it were up to me, the formal order in terms of giving Larry full custody would have occurred today," Stern said. "At least informally, the transition period has already begun."

Stern says Birkhead has already been visiting with Dannielynn, "changing diapers, feeding her, playing with her...he's doing a great job."

Birkhead and Arthur are going to talk on Saturday to try to come to "what's in the best interest of the child," according John O'Quinn, Arthur's lawyer.

Stern's peeps say his informal transition with Birkhead will take two to four weeks.

The DNA doesn't lie, Larry Birkhead is the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's little girl Dannielynn; but what kind of rights should her biological grandmother Virgie Arthur have?

You can guarantee that if Anna Nicole was still alive Virgie would have never even seen Dannielynn, now she wants visitation and/ or custody.

A trial in the Bahamas gets underway at 2:30pm EDT.  Howard K. Stern has already said he will not challenge Birkhead for custody.  Arthur on the other hand says that if Birkhead won't grant visitation rights to her, then she will go for joint custody.

Many of the days following Anna Nicole Smith's death have been centered around a court room, and this week has been no different.

Larry Birkhead told us so, he's the father of Smith's daughter Dannielynn.  Today, he will likely get custody of the little girl who is set to inherit nearly $500 million dollars from Anna Nicole's late husband J. Howard Marshall's estate. 

There is one potential roadblock, and it's pretty big.  Her name is Virgie Arthur.  She is Anna Nicole's estranged mother, and she wants to strike a deal with Larry Birkhead.  An attorney for Arthur says she'll seek joint custody of the baby if talks fail.

Virgie seems to think she and Birkhead will be able to make an arrangement calling him a "good guy."

Dannielynn has been staying with the man originally listed as her father on her birth certificate, Howard K. Stern. 

Custody hearings will take place behind closed doors later today (Friday) in the Bahamas.  It is likely that Birkhead will then take Dannielynn back to California with him to start a whole new life.

The issue of who will remain as executor of Anna Nicole's estate (that goes to Dannielynn by default).

It's a story of Playboy model playing Playboy superstar.  Willa Ford will star as the late Anna Nicole Smith in a biographical firm about her life and death that starts shooting next week.

Anna Nicole Smith is making more money for other people since her death than she ever managed to make for herself while she was alive.

Ford has signed on to play Smith in the title indy film, "Anna Nicole." 

No word yet on who might play Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur or if they will even be featured characters.

Larry Birkhead says he did not make any deal with Howard K. Stern to gain his support after it was revealed that Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn.

Birkhead told Access Hollywood "there's no deal."

"For a deal, you have to offer someone something in exchange," Birkhead said. "There's been no 'If you do this, then I will give you the baby' or anything like that. Paternity was established and there's really nothing to negotiate."

Meanwhile, Dannielynn remains in the Bahamas with Howard K. Stern who is listed on the birth certificate as her father. 

Stern and Birkhead will both be back in court on Friday where a judge is expected to address custody issues.  Birkhead may stand a challenge from Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur.

Birkhead told Today that he did not want to share custody with another party, be it Stern or Arthur as "it would imply that I'm unfit as a parent, which I'm not."

Now that we finally have confirmation that Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn... the first person introduced as the little girl's father, Howard K. Stern, has agreed to make sure Birkhead "gets sole custody" of Smith's only heir.

Anna Nicole's most recent companion is teaming up with her ex-boyfriend to keep her baby away from Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur.  Stern even invited Birkhead and his family to Horizon's in the Bahamas to visit with Dannielynn tonight according to TMZ.

Sterns attorney told the celebrity gossip site, "Howard not only wants Larry, but Larry's entire family that is in the Bahamas to come over this evening to start getting to know Dannielynn."

All parties are to report back to court on Friday to likely discuss custody.  It is likely that Virgie will ask to at least have joint custody and/ or court-order visitation rights to Dannielynn.

The little girl is likely to inherit nearly $500 million from Anna Nicole's late husband J. Howard Marshall's estate.

"I hate to be the one who told you this... but I told you so!"  That was Larry Birkhead's official statement as he announced he IS in fact the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn.

"My baby is gonna be coming home soon," he added.

Birkhead was joined by the man who is currently listed as Dannielynn's father, Howard K. Stern who confirmed the announcement.  Stern pledged his support to help Birkhead if challenged for custody by Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur.

Howard K. Stern also added that Birkhead is invited to come and visit Dannielynn who is currently under Stern's care.  Dannielynn is expected to inherit millions from Smith's former husband J. Howard Marshall.  

Stern also confirmed that he plans to stay in the Bahamas where Anna Nicole is buried beside her son Daniel.

The Anna Nicole Smith baby daddy drama will now take a step forward for Larry Birkhead who Dr. Michael Baird confirms "99.99999 % sure,...essentially he is the biological father."

Birkhead and Anna Nicole Smith's most recent companion Howard K. Stern were in court today where it was revealed the Larry Birkhead is in fact Dannielynn's biological father.

Smith's estranged mother will likely go for custody of the little girl but a source told TMZ that Stern will fight to keep Dannielynn away from Virgie Arthur. However, Stern claims he will stay in the Bahamas so "Anna and Daniel will not be alone," Stern also says Larry Birkhead is: "welcome to come by and spend as much time with Dannielynn as he like as of right now."

It may be a lot longer than anyone expects before we see the DNA results that will determine whether Larry Birkhead or Howard K. Stern is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn.  It is likely that we may not know the official results today until the court is ready to release a statement.

According a gag order placed on the closed court hearings, no one involved is allowed to reveal the results when leaving the court house.

The hearing is scheduled to start at 2:30pm EDT, according to TMZ.blog.  This doesn't mean that we will necessarily know the results immediately after.  We may be able to tell by Larry Birkhead or Howard K. Stern's reactions as they leave the courthouse, but that would simply be a guessing game.

Anna Nicole Smith moved to the Bahamas because the small island country has a VERY unorthodox legal system.  Some even refer to it as the 'government-less country.'

Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur has also made it very clear that she now wants custody of Dannielynn no matter who the father is.  Virgie originally said if Birkhead was the father, she would concede custody.  She has seemingly changed her mind.

Dannielynn could inherit several million dollars from Anna Nicole's late husband J. Howard Marshall.

The father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn is expected to be announced later today (Tuesday) in the Bahamas.

We aren't sure what will really go down behind the closed court room doors as a strict gag order is in effect.  However as we told you last week, TMZ is reporting that all of the players are lined up and ready to go including the man listed as the father on Dannielynn's birth certificate Howard K. Stern, Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and the DNA analyst who likely did the paternity test.  (I would hate to be him!  You know I would never be able to keep that secret!!)

Also expected to be on hand for the announcement: Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur and Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince Fredrick Von Anhalt (who also claims to be the father).

Anna Nicole Smith's most recent companion Howard K. Stern has been fighting a one man battle against the world since Smith's death.  Having been accused of killing both Anna Nicole and Daniel Smith, and with massive accusations claiming he isn't Dannielynn's father -- Smith has hired a high profile attorney, L. Lin Wood.

Wood has represented such names as Patsy and John Ramsey, Kobe Bryant and more.  His law firm, Powell Goldstein LLP released this statement today: 

"After meetings over the weekend in the Bahamas, I, along with my law firm, Powell Goldstein LLP, have been formally retained by Howard K. Stern, individually and in his capacity as the Executor of the Estate of Anna Nicole Smith. My representation of Mr. Stern will focus on those individuals and entities guilty of making false accusations of criminal conduct against him related to the tragic deaths of Anna Nicole Smith and her son, Daniel. My representation of Mr. Stern as the named executor under the last will and testament of Anna Nicole Smith will focus on those individuals and
entities responsible for the theft of personal property of Ms. Smith and/or its unlawful use, sale or other misappropriation in the media.

"Like my other defamation clients, Mr. Stern has been falsely accused. Like my other defamation clients, Mr. Stern is an innocent individual who has never been charged with any crime but finds himself on trial in the media. The media trial of Mr. Stern has been based on constant shouts of
guilty from a barrage of uninformed commentators based on totally inaccurate and often manufactured "facts." The nightly television, tabloid and Internet trial of Mr. Stern in the court of public opinion based on sensational lies, speculation, rumor and gossip is over.

Redress for false attacks on reputation is available for Internet accusations as well as those published in print or uttered on television and radio broadcasts.

An original self-portrait painted and signed by Anna Nicole Smith is up for bid on eBay with a starting big of $1.7 million.

The annonymous seller has given fans one week to bid for the artwork. So if you have a few million to spare, then you have to bid between now and April 15.

The description reads: "This is an original painting of Anna Nicole painted by Anna Nicole herself! It is signed by her and the picture is of her lying down naked. "

"This is a rare opportunity to own something so personal from Anna Nicole Smith!"

Their authenticity guarantee reads,  "As you can see by her signature, this picture is authentic."

It was evidently painted between 2002 and 2003.

Howard K. Stern seems to be preparing for defeat incase paternity tests show that Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn.

Stern has evidently decided not to fight for custody of Dannielynn if DNA results show that Birkhead is the baby's father, according to TMZ.

A statement from their source says:

"If Larry Birkhead is confirmed to be Dannielynn's biological father, Howard will not challenge custody. His love for her will not change, irrespective of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn's best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.

While Howard continues to believe and hope that he is Dannielynn's biological father, he wants to be involved in her life, regardless of paternity. He wants to share the memories of her mother as the person who knew Anna best and all she wanted for Dannielynn.

Howard will do whatever is necessary to assist Larry Birkhead to defeat any effort by Virgie Arthur to obtain custody of Dannielynn.

Howard was not part of the paternity lawsuit filed while Anna Nicole was alive. The first person to challenge Howard on custody was Virgie Arthur -- not Larry Birkhead. Howard is dedicated to Virgie Arthur not having custody of Dannielynn. He is well aware of how Anna Nicole felt about 'Mommy Dearest' and Anna's feelings were clear regarding Virgie Arthur being anywhere near Dannielynn.

Speculation that this is somehow about money for Howard is misguided and wrong. Howard has never made a TV or book deal even though he is the one who knew Anna Nicole best.

Howard wants Anna Nicole to be remembered as an icon like Marilyn Monroe, and he knows a lot of damage has been done to her image in the past two months. This restoration of Anna's image is important for Dannielynn and the views she will have of her mother as she grows up. He also wants to make sure that only Dannielynn profits from Anna Nicole's name, likeness and estate. As TMZ reported earlier, the money from Anna Nicole's funeral went to a trust set up for Dannielynn. Howard set up the trust but he does not, and will not, receive any money from it and is not the trustee."

The DNA results are expected to be released on Tuesday in a Bahamas court.  If this statement is true, it could mean that Stern will concede and make arrangements for Birkhead to be given custody of Dannielynn immediately.

Anna Nicole's most recent companion Howard K. Stern hopes to remain as the executor of Smith's estate regardless of whether he is Dannielynn's father or not.

Another one of Anna Nicole Smith's "friends" is cashing in on the late Playboy Playmate's untimely death. 

Smith's bodyguard Moe Brighthaupt, aka "Big Moe," has signed a book deal with Harper Entertainment according to contactmusic.blog.

Big Moe was by Smith's side as she and Howard K. Stern hid out from Larry Birkhead and the media in the Bahamas, and Big Moe was also evidently the one who fished Anna Nicole out of the swimming pool at her Bahamas mansion and gave her mouth-to-mouth resuscitation after a drowning incident last year.  Brighthaupt says that Anna Nicole later thanked him for saving her life. Moe wasn't as successful the second time around as he was also the person who delivered CPR as Anna Nicole laid in her Florida hotel room dying as a result of all the drugs in her system.

Big Moe was required to sign a confidentiality clause saying he wouldn't speak to the media about what went on in Anna Nicole Smith's life.  She made everyone sign these papers prepared by her Howard K. Stern.  Now that she is dead, those papers seem to be null and void.

It looks like Tuesday is the day that we will find out of Larry Birkhead's DNA matched that of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn.

All the players in the case from Birkhead to Howard K. Stern are poised and ready to appear in a Bahamas court room on Tuesday, according to TMZ. 

The website reports that the DNA expert from Ohio who is holds the results, Dr. Michael Baird, will be in the court room with DNA tests on hand.

If Birkhead's DNA matches Dannielynns, it is likely that a judge will almost immediately grant custody of Anna Nicole's daughter to her biological father.  If Birkhead's DNA doesn't match, is likely that Howard K. Stern will face a legal battle with Dannielynn's grandmother, Virgie Arthur.

If Larry Birkhead's confidence reflects any truth, everything in the Anna Nicole saga will likely change next week!

The controversial Anna Nicole Smith diaries (see photo) that were allegedly retrieved from garbage she threw out while living in California and taping her reality show The Anna Nicole Show are going back up on the auction block.

Smith's personal journal entries will be auctioned off along with other memorabilia allegedly dug from that same trash can are going up for public auction in a few weeks by Heritage Auction Galleries of Dallas.

The inside cover of the journal reads "This diary belongs to Vickie Smith. Do Not Read!" Unfortunately, Vickie Smith aka Anna Nicole has no privacy now that she is dead.

In 1992 she wrote:  "I've been really stressed out lately and depressed and I can't quit eating. I feel like a pig. [J. Howard Marshall] has been buying me som jewelry but he call me 15 or 20 times a day it drives me crazy. I love him but he aggravates me somtimes," she wrote. "I don't no what to do about Paul hes strange guy. I hate for men to want sex all the time."

Smith thought she had her life perfectly shielded from the reality of the outside world.  She brought her attorney Howard K. Stern into her inner circle and even before married him before her death in what most suspect was a move to keep Larry Birkhead away from her daughter Dannielynn. 

Anna Nicole even required anyone who got involved in her life to sign a confidentiality agreements.  This would prevent them from selling their story to the media.  Smith also thought these agreements would hold up in court, but she probably had no idea that they would become null and void after she died.

Now, her most personal thoughts are being revealed as her journal is going on the auction block.

Anna Nicole Smith died of an "accidental overdose" on Feb. 8 in the Florida.  Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead continue their legal battle over Smith's sole heir, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.

The psychiatrist who prescribed all 11 of the drugs found in the hotel room where Anna Nicole Smith died is under investigation by the Medical Board of California, a spokeswoman for the state agency said on Thursday.

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, who prescribed more than 1,800 pills and a bottle of chloral hydrate credited for Anna Nicole Smith's death, might be in some deep water! 

"I can only tell you that she (Eroshevich) is being investigated in connection with the Anna Nicole Smith matter," board spokeswoman Candis Cohen said.

The Florida Medical Examiner's office who investigated Anna Nicole's death released a list of medications found in the room and prescribed by Eroshevich between Jan 2 and March 6. They include chloral hydrate, anti-anxiety drugs, muscle relaxants, anti-seizure drugs, diuretics and antibiotics.

Most of the drugs were perscribed to Smith's lawyer turned companion, Howard K. Stern, while one was prescribed to Eroshevich herself. Medical examiners insist the drugs were intended for Anna Nicole.

Even if Stern is found to be the father of Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, the fact that he gave Anna Nicole drugs prescribed to him could play a factor in whether or not he is granted custody of Smith's sole heir.  Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend, also says he is the father of the little girl while her estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, hasn't ruled out going for custody as well.

Paternity results are expected to be revealed next week.

The Florida medical examiner who said that Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental overdose released new shocking information on Wednesday. 

Dr. Joshua Perper says that one doctor wrote all 11 prescriptions found in Smith's hotel room where she died, 9 of them were written to Howard K. Stern and more than 600 pills were missing from prescriptions no more than five weeks old at the time of Smith's death.

Why would one doctor give so many drugs to one person?  And where did all of those missing pills go?

As we first told you last month all of the prescriptions were written by Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, Anna Nicole's psychiatrist and traveling buddy. 

Perper's office says that eight of the prescriptions were issued to Howard K. Stern, Smith's lawyer-turned-companion. Two were for Alex Katz, but no one really seems to know who this is.  It could be an alias.  One of the prescriptions was written to Dr. Eroshevich's name.

The even stranger piece of the puzzle is that so many of the drugs were missing...

The powerful sleeping aid chloral hydrate — the medication blamed with tipping the balance in the toxic mix of drugs and causing her death — was prescribed Jan. 2, and about two-thirds of the bottle was gone, according to the medical examiner's records.

The records show Smith had three prescriptions for muscle relaxants in her hotel room: two for carisoprodol, prescribed Jan. 2 and Jan. 26, and one for methocarbamol, under the brand name Robaxin, prescribed Jan. 2. Some 415 of the carisoprodol pills were missing from their containers as well as 33 of the Robaxin pills.

The records also show 62 tablets of the anti-anxiety drug Valium were missing from a prescription less than two weeks old at the time of Smith's death; 79 tablets of the anti-seizure medications Topomax and Klonopin; and at least two dozen diuretics, antibiotics, antivirals and potassium supplements.

Perper said despite the huge quantity of drugs, it was not clear how much was ingested by Smith.

Many people have come forward after Anna Nicole's death to admit that she had a drug problem including her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead who has said he saw Stern feeding Smith drugs on occassion. 

Anna Nicole's 20-year-old son, Daniel, also died of a lethal drug combo.  He too had methadone in his system.  Both Stern and Birkhead are expected to testify later this month in an inquest that Daniel had a drug problem of his own. 

Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, says she believes Howard K. Stern lead to both Anna Nicole and Daniel's deaths.

Stern and Birkhead both claim to be the father of Smith's baby daughter, Dannielynn.  DNA results are expected to be released next week.

Howard K. Stern has hired a high profile attorney to pursue libel and defamation claims on his behalf.  Evidently Anna Ncole Smith's lawyer turned companion has hired high-powered attorney L. Lin Wood to sue everyone. 

Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Stern plans to sue anyone who has talked smack about him regarding the death of Anna Nicole and her son Daniel. 

It seems like Stern would be more concerned with the fact that he could lose his alleged daughter Dannielynn to Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead if his DNA matches the baby. 

If Birkhead is not the father, Stern will face a battle from Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur who could possibly seek custody of the little girl.

It seems that we all sat on the edge of our seats waiting for DNA results to no avail.  In a closed hearing today, Larry Birkhead got no closure, and no one got any results revealing who Dannielynn's father is. 

Anna Nicole Smith's most recent companion Howard K. Stern is listed at the father, but Birkhead seems confident that Dannielynn is his daughter.  He says he was dating Anna Nicole when she got pregnant and told Larry that it was his child.  Stern claims Birkhead has the dates wrong.

TMZ is reporting that a new hearing date was set for next Tuesday, and the results are expected to be announced then.

We basically have two big mysteries rolled into one.  The first question is who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn?  The second question is when will we see the paternity tests that Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead requested and a judge later ordered?  

Everything involving Anna Nicole Smith's death has become controversial.  From deciding where to bury the former Playboy superstar to deciding who is the father of Smith's child to deciding how Anna Nicole died.  Now, it looks like we will play a waiting game until the results of Dannielynn's DNA tests are revealed.

Howard K. Stern who is listed on the birth certificate as Dannielynn's father dropped his appeal yesterday after his legal team discovered that a panel of judges would deny it anyway.  The logical thing would be to reveal who Dannielynn's father is today, right?  It may not be that simple.

Original reports showed that the results would come down in a closed hearing being held today, but most media outlets are reporting that it will likely happen later in the week.  TMZ says it won't even happen then.

There are reports that the DNA results revealing the real father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby could be unveiled today, but TMZ knows it isn't so. In fact, we're told that it probably won't happen this week, and that next week is the time.

An inquest into what killed Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel is also under way in the Bahamas.  Howard K. Stern has also tried to prevent that case from going forward out of fear that someone (like himself) might be charged with murder.

Larry Birkhead's former attorney Debra Opri seems a bit pissed off that her hefty attorney bills hit the media.  Larry's fired attorney says the charges are legit!

"One can only imagine from whom and for what purposes these stories were started. I cannot comment on unauthenticated documents which were disseminated to the media under suspicious circumstances, and which are covered by the attorney-client privilege. I can assure you, however, that all of the fees and expenses incurred on behalf of Mr. Birkhead were reasonable, necessary, and appropriate, given the complexity and magnitude of this very high profile case that was litigated in two different states and a foreign country. Out of respect for Mr. Birkhead, I cannot comment further at this time."

Respect for Larry Birkhead?  You just smacked him with a $600,000+ bill.  Now that's respect!

Birkhead won a major victory in court today when Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer turned alleged lover Howard K. Stern withdrew his appeal to block the release of Dannielynn's paternity results even though DNA tests have already been conducted.  The results are expected to be released in court any day now!

A panel of judges in the Bahamas has laid down the law with Anna Nicole Smith's most recent companion Howard K. Stern ordering him to pay $10,000. 

Stern appealed a judge's decision to test the paternity of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn, but on Monday morning a panel of three judges planned to deny that appeal.  As a result Howard and his attorney made a last minute decision to drop the appeal.

Not only did the judges say that the paternity test involving Dannielynn and Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead will go forward, but they also told Howard that he owes Larry some money. 

According to TMZ.blog, the judges ordered that Stern pay $5,000 to cover Birkhead's legal fees and $5,000 to cover legal fees for the Registar General.

The DNA tests are expected to be revealed in court one day this week.

It seems as though Anna Nicole Smith will keep helping our ecomony as long as the drama continues.  Her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead just got a $620,492.84 bill from his former attorney Debra Opri.

Birkhead, of course, has been involved in several legal battles since Anna Nicole died including the paternity battle against Howard K. Stern over Smith's daughter Dannielynn, custody of the little girl and the battle over where Anna Nicole Smith would lay to rest.  I bet he never thought it would cost over a half million bucks.

• According to TMZ, Opril billed out her services at $475 an hour with over 112 pages of invoices.  Oh, and evidently this woman can eat!
• A total of three $1,500 monthly charges for Luck Media & Marketing, Opri's personal publicist.
• On March 1, 2007, the day before Anna's funeral, there is a charge of 10 hours for "preparation for and attendance in Bahamas re services and var. meetings re same." On the day of Anna's funeral, there is another 10 hour charge with the exact same language.
• On February 24, 2007, while Opri and Birkhead stayed at a private residence in Ft. Lauderdale during the Florida hearing, Opri billed $600 for Seafood World. TMZ were told she brought four trays of lobster to the house. The bill says, "Dinner gift/Ft. Lauderdale house stay." But it was no gift to Larry. That same day, she billed $211 for items at Publix grocery store.
• Opri billed Birkhead $4,265 for Cingular roaming service while she was in the Bahamas.
• Opri billed Birkhead 18 times for Diva Limos that took them to and from the Ft. Lauderdale courthouse to the private residence.
• October 22, 2006, Opri billed Birkhead $1,116.16 for a dinner at Graycliff, a restaurant in Nassau. The note next to the charge is "Alexiou atty mtg." Alexiou is Birkhead's lawyer in the Bahamas. Birkhead was not present.\
• The next day, October 23, Opri billed $2,467.75 at Graycliff restaurant for another meal. The charge again was for "Alexiou atty mtg." Again, Birkhead was not present.
• Also on October 23, Birkhead was billed $25.75. The item -- "laundry service Zawacki." Zawacki is Opri's husband, who was present on the trip.

TMZ called Opri's high priced publicist James Levesque with Luck Media & Marketing. He said, "Debra Opri always gets paid. That's what she does for a living."  Wow, a bit cocky huh?

No one has been able to reach Opri herself for comment.  Birkhead fired Opri on March 16th after the two realized they don't see eye-to-eye.

This could be the missing piece of evidence needed to tag Howard K. Stern with the blame for killing Anna Nicole Smith. 

The Broward County Medical Examiner confirmed that none of the 11 drugs that were found in Anna Nicole Smith's hotel room were prescribed to Anna.

As it turns out, 8 of the 11 drugs found were prescribed to her most recent companion, Howard K. Stern.  Two of the others were prescribed to Alex Katz (anyone know who this is?) and one was prescribed to Smith's psychiatrist and traveling buddy, Khristine Eroshevich.  The even crazier thing is that Dr. Eroshevich wrote all 11 prescriptions!!!

The prescription that likely killed Anna Nicole, chloral hydrate, was prescribed to Stern.  Even more interesting, it was found in a duffel bag inside the hotel room where Smith died.

As Fox News' Greta Van Susteren questioned, if Anna Nicole was too weak to get out of bed before dying, then how did she get up and dig through a duffle bag to chug the chloral hydrate?

According to TMZ, Van Susteren pressed the medical examiner Dr. Joshua Perper for an answer.  The ME said he asked Stern, Eroshevich and the bodyguard if they gave her the drugs to which they said they did not.

What?!  Did you kill this lady?  No.  Did you?  No.  What about you?  No.  And you're the father of her baby?  Yes.  Ok, problem solved.  Accidental suicide.

This is really starting to get ridiculous!  Dr. Pepper Perper definitely took the easy way out, and it is very possible that the inquest to find out how Daniel Smith died may reveal who or what killed his mother as well. 

Poor, poor Dannielynn.  What a life this kid will have to lead even if Larry Birkhead is her real father.

Anna Nicole Smith's legacy continues to live on in the court rooms as the dust continues to settle following the Playboy pin-up's untimely death on Feb. 8 in Hollywood, Fla. 

The week opened up with news of Anna Nicole's cause of death.  Taking the easy way out, Florida medical examiners declared that Smith died of an accidental overdose.  They also said they found at least 9 drugs in her system, and that they did not suspect any foul play.

Her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead seems to be pretty confident that he is Anna Nicole's baby's daddy.  TMZ.blog caught Larry at a Baby Gap in Miami buying clothes for Dannielynn.  Larry also did something that threw me off a little when he trademarked the phrase "Goodnight, My Sweet Anna Baby" to use it in movies, books, TV programs, Internet programs and stage plays.  That's the  statement he says Anna Nicole Smith used to ask him to tell her when he tucked her into her methadone dreams at night.   

Anna Nicole's most recent companion Howard K. Stern insists that he is Dannielynn's father and says that Larry Birkhead has his days wrong.   Filing an appeal to prevent Dannielynn's paternity tests from ever being released, Stern claimed that Birkhead has mis-calculated his dates thus there is no way he is the father.  This will likely put this case on hold past the scheduled April 3rd hearing scheduled to reveal the DNA results.

Howard K. Stern is also to blame for stalling the case investigating Daniel Smith's death in the Bahamas.  Stern's attorney Wayne Munroe first challenged the use of the jury in the inquiry, but a judge promptly knocked that down.  Now Stern has everything on hold pending a Bahamian Supreme Court ruling on whether or not the jurors should have to complete questionnaires before being finalized. 

I have said it before, and I'll say it again -- what does Howard K. Stern have to hide?  If he is Dannielynn's father, then he shouldn't be worried to prove it with a paternity test.  If he didn't kill Daniel Smith then the shouldn't be worried that jury could consider his death a homicide.  If he has nothing to hide, he shouldn't be filing all of these appeals.  I am not saying Howard K. Stern killed Daniel or Anna Nicole Smith, but I will tell you that he is acting like a guilty man.

He even released a statement on Monday saying that Anna Nicole refused medical attention before dying.  Who would release such a statement about your dead wife?  Someone who was you married for all the wrong reasons possibly?

Meanwhile, Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur has been in the court room every day.

Not only does Howard K. Stern want to draw out the inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel, but he also wants to draw out her daughter Dannielynn's paternity test too.

Stern has filed an appeal to a court ordered mandate that would reveal paternity tests taken last week.  Stern followed his instructions from a judge to take Dannielynn for DNA testing, and Larry Birkhead (likely to be the real father) did the same.  The results are evidently available, and someone in a blood lab in Ohio probably knows who the father is.  It doesn't look like we'll find out any time soon.

Stern doesn't believe that a paternity test is needed, because he says he is the father.  Again, Howard K. Stern thinks he is above the law.

If he didn't kill Daniel, and if he is Dannielynn's real father ... then he shouldn't have anything to hide.  Howard K. Stern is definitely acting like a man with something to hide, not someone who loved Anna Nicole Smith unconditionally.

Stern's latest appeal will likely delay the April 3rd hearing where the results are scheduled to be revealed.  Larry Birkhead, Prince Frederick Von Anhalt (Zsa Zsa Gabor's hubby)and Howard K. Stern all say they are the father of the 6-month old little girl.  Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur says she may also seek custody of Dannielynn pending the results of the paternity tests.

Howard K. Stern, representing the estate of Anna Nicole Smith, has once again stalled the inquest into the death of Smith's son Daniel.

Stern seems to be very concerned about using a jury since they would be able to recommend prosecution if they decide that Daniel Smith's death was a homicide.  Today Stern's attorney, Wayne Munroe, made a motion to halt the trial until the Bahamian Supreme court has ruled on whether or not each juror should fill out a questionnaire to guage any bias.

Earlier this week, Howard put the trial on hold by challenging the use of a jury altogether.  Stern must be super delusional because hearing this inquest without a jury would go against 300 years of Common Law Tradition. 

This stalling seems a lot like the actions of man guilty of murder.  What always makes Howard K. Stern think he is above the law?

The judge and jury are expected to hear 40 witnesses, two of which are nannies who will testify that Anna Nicole Smith was overheard blaming Howard K. Stern for Daniel's death.  This alone to could turn this into a homicide and put Stern behind bars.

Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur isn't expected to testify, but she says won't miss a day of the trial.  She is also starting to get fed up with Stern's stalling.

"I'm very disappointed with the delay tactics they are using," Virgie told reporters as she left the court. "But I'll be here every day. I'll be here until the end."

This isn't the only case involving Stern and Arthur.  Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead is challenging Stern's paternity of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn, but Howard keeps stalling that case too.

The inquest into how Daniel Wayne Smith died is expected to resume on Thursday bringing the circus back to the Bahamas.  Most of the players in the Anna Nicole Smith saga plan to witness or will be on hand to observe.  Anna Nicole Smith will even testify from her grave.

Anna Nicole's lawyer turned companion Howard K. Stern and her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead will both likely testify that Daniel Smith had a problem with drugs.

Two of Anna Nicole's nannies are expected to testify saying they heard her blaming Howard for Daniel's death.  One of Anna Nicole's former friends Ford Shelly is expected to testify saying he saw Stern removing drugs from Daniel's pockets after he died.

One of the witnesses on the list is even dead.  Daniel's mother Anna Nicole Smith was expected to be a key witness in the inquest, but since she is dead - the court will hear a statement that Anna Nicole gave police after Daniel died.

The case is currently onhold after Howard K. Stern requested that no jury become involved in the investigation.  It will likely resume Thursday morning.

Anna Nicole Smith often compared herself to Marilyn Monroe, and evidently she wanted to play her in a movie pretty badly.

Anna Nicole even offere to finance a film about Marilyn's husband Joe DiMaggio if producers would let her play Marilyn. 

"DiMaggio: Setting the Record Straight" author Marv Schneider told the Daily News that Smith was turned down.

"She offered to at least partially finance it, about six months before she died," Schneider said. "The screenplay was finished in the summer."

Schnider was brutally honest about why Anna Nicole didn't get the part.

"It was rejected out of hand. She wasn't considered ready," he said at Zocalo restaurant. "Also, if she got the role, we thought we'd have a tough time getting a top actor to play DiMaggio."

That's almost as low as Smith estranged mother Virgie Arthur walking on her grave.

To make things a little more creepy, Florida's Memorial Regional Hospital, where Anna Nicole died has a wing named after Joe DiMaggio.

The inquest to find out more about how Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel died in September kicked off yesterday and stalled shortly thereafter. 

Shortly after the hearing convened, spectators and reporters were told to leave the courtroom.  The reason is a bit sketchy, Anna Nicole's companion Howard K. Stern wants to challenge the use of a jury to oversee the inquest.

Wayne Munroe, a lawyer for the estate of the former Playboy Playmate (currently overseen by Stern), asked the judge to consider a motion that "relates to the impaneling of a jury to act on this inquiry."

Once outside, the lawyers refused to comment saying Bahamian legal rules prohibited them from discussing a closed session.

Later the director of public prosecutions told the media that the court will take at least a day to consider Stern's request likely to reconvene on Thursday.

Daniel Smith died of a lethal mix of lexapro and methadone while visiting Anna Nicole and his newborn sister Dannielynn in a Bahamas hospital last September.

On Monday, the medical examiner and police looking into Anna Nicole Smith's cause of death held a joint press conference to announce that they believe she died of an accidental overdose.

Over the past 24 hours, I have taken the liberty of breaking down Anna Nicole's autopsy results.  The more I read over the report, the more I truly believe that medical examiner Dr. Joshua Perper took the easy way out.

As I said yesterday, ruling Anna Nicole's death as an accidental overdoes is absurd!  You can't accidentally take 9 different drugs.  This was a plain and simple overdose. 

Maybe Anna Nicole Smith didn't commit suicide, and maybe she wasn't murdered; however, overdosing on 9 different drugs is no accident.

Anna Nicole's 20-year-old son Daniel died from a lethal combination of drugs late last year.  Don't you think she would have been fully aware of the risks with mixing drugs, especially 9 different ones?

You would also think that a medical examiner would have taken into consideration the fact that a mother and her son both died of an overdose merely months apart.  Evidently, that isn't the case when you're Daniel and Anna Nicole Smith.

A private autopsy was done at Anna Nicole's request to find that her son Daniel died from a lethal mix of methadone and lexapro.  Methadone is a pain killer most often used to break a heroin addiction.  Lexapro is an antidepressant.  Together, they are deadly.

But what were the 9 drugs found in Anna Nicole Smith's dead body?  Here's the breakdown along with each of their typical uses.

In addition to traces of methadone, examiners also found:

• Chloral hyrdate:  typically used in hospitals for pre and postsurgery patients who can't sleep or are in great pain. Ironically, this is also what killed Anna Nicole's hero, Marilyn Monroe.
• Diphendydramine:  aka Bendryl cures itching, sneezing and allergy-type symptoms.
• Clonazepam:  aka Klonopins used to treat seizures, panic and anxiety attacks.
• Diazepham: aka Valium used as a sedative or to treat anxiety.
• Nodiazepam:  Metabolized Valium
• Tamazepam:  aka Restoril used as a sleep aid
• Lorazepam:  aka Ativan used to treat anxiety and panic attacks.
• Oxazepam: aka Serax also used to treat anxiety and panic attacks.

No doctor in their right mind would have given this many drugs to any patient.  As a matter of fact, no doctor in their right mind would have given Daniel authorization to mix methadone and lexapro.

Examiners also said that Anna Nicole refused medical attention before she died.  What kind of people was she hanging out with?

And where did all of these prescription drugs come from?  It seems as though Anna Nicole Smith was able to work several doctors, and many believe Daniel got his lethal methadone from his mother or her companion Howard K. Stern.

Hopefully the truth will come out about Daniel Wayne Smith's death over the next few weeks.  Authorities in the Bahamas are currently holding an inquest to investigate his death.  Maybe they will even uncover some facts that will answer some of the questions about Anna Nicole's death too.

An inquest is currently under way in the Bahamas to investigate the details on how Anna Nicole Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel died late last year.

Daniel died while visiting Anna Nicole shortly after she gave birth to his step-sister Dannielynn. 

Anna Nicole hired a private pathologist to determine the cause of death before she passed away on February 8th.  Those results showed that Daniel died of a lethal combination of methadone (a pain killer) and lexapro (an antidepressant). 

Oddly enough, police in Florida announced on Monday that Anna Nicole died of an "accidental" overdose as they found at least nine drugs in her system.  Some of them seemingly lethal when combined.

The investigation in the Bahamas is even more important now that Anna Nicole and Daniel both died in drug related deaths.

The legal investigation will involve a magistrate and a jury.  It is expected to run as long as a month.  You'll also see a lot of the same players that you've seen in all of the other trials revolving around Anna Nicole Smith such as her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, most recent companion Howard K. Stern and many of the same doctors who are being questioned with their involvement in supplying a pregnant Anna Nicole with drugs.

Howard K. Stern seems to be the key witness and possibly the biggest suspect.  His testimony is expected to last several days.

Stern and Birkhead are currently battling it out to see who is Dannielynn's father.  The paternity results are evidently ready, but they are being held to give Stern time to appeal.  The results are expected to be released next week unless a permanent hold is placed.  Considering all of the controversy surrounding Daniel and Anna Nicole's deaths, that is highly unlikely.

The medical examiner and police announced on Monday that they suspect no foul play in the death of former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith.  However, that doesn't seem to be the case with the death of her son, Daniel. 

Smith's son died late last year in the Bahamas shortly after her daughter Dannielynn was born. 

Investigators in the Bahamas are planning to start an inquest on Tuesday to explore the circumstances surround 20-year-old Daniel's death.

Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez will preside over the case, but he says thanks to the media surrounding Anna Nicole's life and death; picking a jury to oversee the investigation might be hard.

That is a major cause of concern because you would have to have been living in a cave not to have heard about this case," he said. "We are going to have to give the jury a strong warning to put aside anything that they may have heard and just concentrate on the evidence."

Investigators say it may also be hard for jurors to separate Daniel's death from Anna Nicole's.

Many blame Howard K. Stern for both Anna Nicole and Daniel's deaths, especially since rumors circulated saying they heard Smith blaming Stern for Daniel's death before a nurse was called.

Police and medical examiners in Florida announced today that their findings reveal no foul play and have declared Anna Nicole Smith's cause of death as an accidental overdose.

CNN has released the full report revealing the nine drugs that examiners found in Anna Nicole's system at her time of death.  In addition, the report lists everything from the tattoos on her body including the one with her son Daniel's name to her weight and the articles of clothing she was wearing.

Today's announcement was an anti-climatic end to a dramatic death for Smith; a Playboy model, actress and reality star. 

There is still plenty of time left in the court room for the players in this case as Anna Nicole's companion Howard K. Stern fights to defend his right as the father of Smith's child, Dannielynn.  Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead says he is the father, and Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur says she will also go for custody of the little girl if paternity tests don't reveal Birkhead as the father.

Vickie Lynn Marshall, aka Anna Nicole Smith, was 39-years old and originally hails from Texas.

As Anthony Lago told you earlier, Anna Nicole Smith's death has been ruled an 'accidental overdose' by authorities in Florida.

What do you think?

I have a hard time understanding why they would say it was an 'accidental' overdose when they found nine different drugs in her system.  If Anna Nicole was taking nine prescription drugs how can it be considered an accident? 

I guess they are trying to say that Smith didn't mean to die, but don't you take the risk of dying every time you mix prescription drugs?  Discuss.

Evidently Howard K. Stern is off the hook too, but that's a completely different story for a different time!

Anna Nicole Smith died on Feb. 8th in Broward County, Florida.  Finally, a month and a half later we find out how the buxom Playboy model died.

Dr. Joshua Perper held a joint press conference to reveal the following saying Anna Nicole's death was merely an accidental overdose:

• Signs do not point to suicide
• No illegal drugs ('drugs-of-addiction') found
• No signs of foul-play
• Injection of chlorohydrates in buttocks
• Injection ruptured absyss
• Infected injection area caused backpain and high tempurature (105)
• Flu-like symptoms
• Damaged tissue around injection area
• 9 prescibed medications (Valium, Attavan, Clonazepam, Methadone and others)
• No blood poisoning

Anna Nicole Smith's official cause of death: Combined Drug Intoxication.  This is the same results found in the death of her son, Daniel, late last year.  Smith however had 9 drugs in her lethal mix comared to the two involved in Daniel's death.

Perper also revealed that it was Anna Nicole's request not to be taken to the hospital.

Now, Howard K. Stern faces the results of a DNA test involving Dannielynn and two other men who claim to be her father, Larry Birkhead and Prince Frederic Von Anhalt.  Results are evidently in, but Stern has requested a gag order while he has time to appeal.  Maybe we will find out who Dannielynn's father is in another month and a half?

Authorities in Florida are currently setting up to announce how Anna Nicole Smith died on Feb. 8.  The medical examiner and local police are expected to announce the results of Smith's autopsy shortly after 10 am EST.

Some reports speculate she may have died from an overdose while others say she died from an infected needle wound in her butt.

An inquest in the Bahamas begins today to determine whether their was any foul play associated with her son Daniel's death late last year.

Meanwhile Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead continue to fight for custody of Anna Nicole's sole heir, daughter Dannielynn.

As we all await the big announcement on Monday morning, everyone seems to have their own theories on how Anna Nicole Smith died.  Some believe it was accident.  Others believe she committed suicide, and many even believe the former Playboy model was murdered.  What no one seems to have is proof... until now... sort of...

The National Enquirer claims to have video of someone leaving Anna Nicole Smith Florida hotel room a few hours before she died.

Who could it be?  Was it someone delivering drugs?  Was it Howard K. Stern?  Was it a killer sent by Larry Birkhead to eliminate Anna Nicole so that he could get custody of Dannielynn?  What if the person was any of these people mentioned here or someone completely different?

Does the video really shed any light on the Anna Nicole Smith case?  No, not really.

However, after we hear Mondays autopsy reports this video may be crucial if prosecutors begin to investigate murder.

Shortly after Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern was born in the Bahamas, the media started asking if the baby was addicted to any drugs.  Her mother Anna Nicole Smith and the man who claims to be her father Howard K. Stern both said without admitting their own drug problems that Dannielynn was not addicted to anything.

Was this another lie from Anna Nicole's secret life?  UK's Daily Star is reporting that Dannielynn was rushed to a hospital in the Bahamas by Howard K. Stern citing a possible drug addiction.

There are fears that she may have been born addicted because the model was known to have on-going drug problems.

After Anna Nicole Smith tragically died in Florida on Feb. 8 many prescriptions, air bills and emails with doctors have surfaced proving that Anna Nicole and/ or Howard K. Stern were being mailed an array of drugs.  One receipt even proves that Smith was mailed methadone and Demerol while she was 8 months pregnant.

The Daily Star's article leads us to believe that this is why Stern rushed baby Dannielynn to seek medical treatment.

Skeptics in the Bahamas believe it was all a ploy so that Howard K. Stern can demonstrate his ability to care for the baby.

Anna Nicole Smith's cause of death will be announced at a press conference on Monday morning.  DNA test results to see if Larry Birkhead is Dannielynn's father are also expected to be announced any day.

Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Frederic Von Anhalt gave DNA today to prove that he is "almost sure" he is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter Dannielynn.

"I'm almost sure the baby's mine, almost sure," Von Anhalt said.

Von Anhalt has also says he will now seek custody of the heir to Anna Nicole's estate.

"Oh yeah, if it's my baby, it belongs in my home," Von Anhalt said. "I'm going to take good care of it. I will be a good father."

Prince Freddy's attorney Edward Lee, called on Anna Nicole's most recent companion, Howard K. Stern, to do the same.

Stern is currently living in the Bahamas with baby Dannielynn.  That could all change next week if Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead or Prince Freddy's DNA matches Dannielynn's.

It is almost funny that Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy reports are supposedly sealed and seen by very few people, but several media outlets seem to have an upperhand.

gaysocialites.blog even received a call from an exclusive source who wishes to remain anonymous and told us that Anna Nicole died of a lethal mix of methadone and Demerol.  Now, the National Enquirer and Star Magazine have teamed up to release their own findings.

While the Enquirer and Star aren't always the most credible sources, their finds say Anna Nicole did not die of a lethal drug cocktail.  Instead they say she died from either an infected injection wound or a high dosage of a sleeping aide.

This tabloid team says that Smith received an injection in her butt before leaving the Bahamas for her Florida vacation that became infected.  As a result, the former Playboy covergirl was suffering from a severe case of diarrhea and vomiting.  Instead of taking her to the hospital for attention, Smith's posse evidently gave her some sleep aides and sent her to bed.

"As she boarded the plane for Miami, Anna Nicole developed a painful abscess at the site of the injection," their source said. "The needle wasn't sterile. The pain kept getting worse as the abscess got larger and larger very quickly."

Despite the infection, Smith and her lawyer turned companion Howard K. Stern still headed for Florida where Anna Nicole died on February 8.

Preliminary analysis indicated the cause of death was systemic sepsis syndrome, a lethal blood infection. It was caused by the abscess of the left buttock. Further investigation revealed the fatal level of chloral hydrate.

According to their article, Anna Nicole also had scarring from numerous injections she got in the buttocks.

The official autopsy reports and Anna Nicole Smith's cause of death will be announced at a press conference on Monday morning.

A lot is coming out about the death of Anna Nicole Smith's late son Daniel Wayne.  As more comes out about Daniel's death, more is revealed about Anna Nicole's shocking life behind closed doors.

Many suspect that Howard K. Stern was keeping the blonde bombshell drugged up so he could do whatever he wants possibly even killing her.  It seems as though one of the people worried about what Stern could be doing to Anna Nicole Smith was her son, Daniel.

Evidently before Daniel suddenly died last September, he talked with a private detective about protecting Anna Nicole.  We first told you about this story when John Frank wrote a comment about it here on gaysocialites.blog.  Now, the Globe is jumping on board.

California private investigator Jack E. Harding says that Anna Nicole's 20-year-old son came to him and Daniel told Harding he feared his mother was being held "a virtual prisoner" in the Bahamas.  According to the Globe, Daniel never followed through with those plans, and shortly later died of a lethal mix of lexapro and methadone.

Harding tells the Globe, "Daniel felt Stern was keeping her on mind-bending drugs even though she was pregnant (with baby Dannielynn). He feared for his mother's well-being... and he was angry at being pushed out of his mother's life." Following Daniel's suspicious drug overdose death days after his baby sister was born, the private detective contacted Bahamian detectives."  He adds, "I told them of our discussions and Daniel's concerns. They seemed interested." And then, when Anna Nicole Smith died last month, Harding's suspicions left him with several questions."  He explains, "When two people die so tragically in ways that may be related... police need to pursue every lead."

First Howard K. Stern loses the battle to keep Anna Nicole's 6-month-old daughter from facing a paternity test with Larry Birkhead.  Now, he is losing the home that Ben Thompson says he and Smith never paid for.  And if this is true, he might just be investigated for murder!

It's official.  On Monday we will know how Anna Nicole Smith died.

The autopsy results will be announced at a news conference on Monday, March 26th at 10:30 AM.

A spokesperson for the Seminole Police Department in Broward County, Florida, where Smith died on Feb. 8, said the findings at Monday's news conference "are going to be a significant announcement."

He also said the results "are going to provide some resolution" in Smith's death. 

We could also find out the paternity of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn on that same day!  Howard K. Stern is listed as the baby's father on her birth certificate, but Larry Birkhead says that is fraud because HE is the father of the 6-month-old heiress.

Monday could really be judgment day in the Anna Nicole Smith saga.

Things aren't looking too good for Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer turned boyfriend Howard K. Stern.

The man who owns the home where Stern has been hiding out wants him out! G. Ben Thompson tried to get Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern out of the Bahamian compound that he says they never paid to occupy.  Now he has filed papers in court to have Stern thown out.

The case claims that Stern is "trespassing" and that Thompson wants back rent and damages.

Thompson's attorney Godfrey Pinder said his client considered the welfare of Smith's 6-month-old
daughter, Dannielynn, currently staying with Stern in the home.

"We did this only after we found out that the courts directed that Howard K Stern and the other parties seeking paternity take a DNA test. We know that Howard K. Stern cannot pass that test ...," Pinder said.

The paternity test results are expected back later this week or early next week.  If Larry Birkhead tests as the father, he will have to seek custody.

Stern wants for everyone to leave him alone so he can enjoy the money he's worked so hard to get by pumping Anna Nicole full of lethal drugs the entire time he was with her, fighting to keep her isolated, killing off Daniel. I mean, stuff like that takes a lot of work, creativity and preparation, it's simply not easy - imagine the law books looking for cases he'd have to be consulting. It must be exhausting for the poor man. Yes, he needs a rest. He gets an A for effort. Bravo Mr. Stern.  You certainly are clever.  Can anyone stop you?  It's clearly murder.

Mr. Stern is not getting anywhere near the treatment he deserves, and one of the reasons why is, he is a lawyer and knows the law inside and out, he knows how far he can push; he has connections. He could commit the ultimate crime and get away with it. In fact, so far he has, and he's laughing at us all.  Can he be stopped?  As Anna Nicole's father said, "while no one was holding a gun to her head, someone sure did pump her with a lot of drugs; murder is murder".

Ask yourselves this: Is he a person you would trust with your son/daughter if they were about to inherit a whole lot of money.  He doesn't have a good track record when it comes to those close to him, and their longevity of life.  Another question:  Was Daniel on to him, he had after all hired a private investigator to look into Stern.  Had Stern found out and silenced him?  Did Anna Nicole finally emerge from her drugged up state to finally put the pieces together and say something to Stern that got him a little upset?  To say the least, Anna Nicole was not a good judge of character she did not make good decisions.  She had her baby on a diet to be thin so that she'd look sexy.  She chose Howard Stern to be the child's father because in doing so, she knew he'd be her drug supply.  She slept with countless others, and pushed away anyone who stood up to her about her drug habit and was trying to help her.  Now I realize not everyone sees it that way, just as Anna Nicole didn't, but why would a lawyer like Stern who was supposedly looking after Anna Nicole's interests allow her to get in such a state?  Would anyone of us want our lawyers to do this to us? Isn't that clearly abuse?  Anna Nicole seemed to view people that were trying to help her as being bad; not giving into her every whim, saying no to her.  She chose Stern to look after her, and He certainly did.  She chose him to look after her daughter.  Doesn't that frighten you?

Now imagine, even if the baby is not Sterns and it's proven Stern committed fraud to get the baby, the man still has the nerve to try and claim her. And why you ask? For the very reason he kept Anna Nicole drugged, for the very reason he drugged Daniel - for the money of course. That's all it's about for Howard K. Money. That's all it's ever been about. If he had ever had an ounce of decency he would have ensured Anna Nicole stopped taking the drugs, he would have tried to stop her, placed a call the hospital when her fever was up over 105 instead of running around the country side looking for yachts to lounge back in, he would have tried to get her into rehab whatever it took. But no, he knew she was his meal ticket, and could be a difficult one, and dead, she was even more valuable to him.  The guy never wanted Anna Nicole to get help, it would make her healthy, she wouldn't need him for drugs, she'd be on to him and she would change her patterns.  He also knew that if he sought help she'd be angry with him and he would be out of the financial pciture.  This was no stupid man here, this is a lawyer we're talking about.  He can't claim ignorance.

If the legal system can't shut this man down, iif with all the evidence against him, it's this difficult to stop this man, the system clearly has some serious flaws, and there might as well not be a legal system, because clearly Stern has just demonstrated to the world how to get away with murder, and continue on in the legal system while he's doing so.  IN fact, he might drum up even more business, for those curiosity seekers.  Any single women out there who have a lot of money; beware.

But, what happens now, if Stern is able to manipulate the legal system and claim Dannielyn?  When she gets a bit older, or should I say, if she gets a bit older, and puts the pieces together and questions Stern, what chance do you think she has of surviving?  I laugh at the reports right now that say he's cooperating with the police.  Of course he's cooperating.  He knows what he has to do to get away with a crime.  I'm certain he's gotten more than one criminal off.  He has all the answers.  He's had a lot of time to think this out.  There's a lot of money at stake here.  But for anyone who has a conscience, could you send this poor child to his care, without people there to watch him?  This is a man who allowed Anna Nicole to take all the drugs, serious drugs like dilaudid that are only given to cancer patients in their final stages.  He helped administer these drugs.  There is going to be an investigation into the death of Daniel, Anna Nicole Smith's son, because his death seemed suspicious.  Daniel even went as far as to hire a private investigator to check Stern out.  Even if the least thing Stern is an enabler, that is a strong indication, he clearly is not capable of looking out for people, doing what's in their best interests.  He's only looking out for himself.  Sending Dannielyn to this man is like giving her a death sentence.

The courts/law need to be Stern with Stern.  Otherwise, he's making a mockery of the law, and really what's to stop other lawyers from doing the same.  If he sets a precedent here; it creates a real mess moving forward.

We first told you about the laundry list of drugs sent to Anna Nicole Smith's home in the Bahamas prior to her death.  Now, there's another doctor in the mix.

Dr. Maurice Levy confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that he did send a package of drugs to Anna Nicole's address under the name Vicki Marshall (Anna Nicole's legal name), but the drugs weren't for her.

"Dalmane was sent to the address, but was not prescribed to Anna Nicole," says Dr. Levy. "...she received only the vitamins."

Dalmane is a sleep aide, a downer.  So who was Levy's patient at Anna Nicole's Bahamian home?

"I should preserve the anonymity of my patients. I'm talking about Anna Nicole because [since] she passed away, unhappily, her life has been exposed -- not always for the best reasons," Dr. Levy said.

Dr. Levy specializes in family practice, anti-aging and cosmetic medicine. He confessed to ET that he did some cosmetic work on Anna Nicole in June '06, such as "fillers and some injections on her face."

So if this was simply Anna Nicole's plastic surgeon?  Who was he supplying with downers?  Who else lived at that house?  Maybe Howard K. Stern?

The inquest to determine more about Anna Nicole son's death is currently under way.  Daniel Wayne Smith suddenly died when visiting his mother the day she gave birth to Dannielynn.  Autopsy reports show he died of a lethal mix of Methadone and the anti-depressant Lexapro.

Anna Nicole's autopsy results are expected to be released early next week.

Anna Nicole Smith died on February 8 while visiting Florida to purchase a boat, but we still don't know how she died.

The medical examiner, Joshua Perper, was set to announce his autopsy results in early March; but he postponed it after meeting with Florida investigators. 

Now Perper is ready to give it a shot one more time!  He says the cause of Anna Nicole Smith's death could be revealed as early as Monday. 

Smith's most recent companion Howard K. Stern took her daughter Dannielynn for a court ordered paternity test today.  Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead confidently claims that he is the father, and that Stern has committed fraud by including his name on the 6-month-old girl's birth certificate. 

Meanwhile, many sources are reporting that Stern plans to appeal the judge's decision for a paternity test before the results are revealed.

The DNA needed to determine whether Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn has been taken.  Birkhead and Dannielynn both submitted DNA for testing this morning.

TMZ is reporting that Birkhead saw Dannielynn while at the doctor's office.  Howard K. Stern did not have to submit DNA, because the law presumes that he is the father as Dannielynn's birth certificate reads.

If Larry Birkhead's DNA matches Dannielynn's, then he will have to fight for custody of the 6-month-old girl.  Dannielynn currently lives with Stern in the Bahamas.  The results will likely be back by early next week.

After a judge ordered DNA testing from Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter and the man who claims to be her father, Howard K. Stern packed Dannielynn up in the car on Wednesday and the two headed to the doctor's office where the DNA samples were drawn.

Sources close to the case tell gaysocialites.blog that the results will be released before the end of the week.  Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, requested the DNA testing to prove that he is Dannielynn's father.

The 6-month-old little girl is expected to inherit millions for her mother's estate via J. Howard Marshall's billions that Anna Nicole Smith spent most of her life fighting for.

If neither Howard K. Stern or Larry Birkhead are proven to be the father of the child, Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur says she will seek custody.

Judgement day has come in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case.  A Bahamian judge ordered that Smith's infant daughter and sole heir submit DNA to determine who her father is.

Not only does Dannielynn have to submit her DNA, but so does Howard K. Stern - the man who is listed as her father on her current birth certificate.

Larry Birkhead, Smith's ex-boyfriend who requested the tests, left the court room pumping his fists to signify his own victory.  Birkhead has been confident that he was Dannielynn's father even before Anna Nicole died on Feb. 8.

"I feel great," he said. "It's been a good day in court for me."

Sources close to the investigation tell gaysocialites.blog that the tests are expected to occur immediately and results could be released later this week.

Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur plans to step in and seek custody if Birkhead isn't proven to be the father.

It could be "DNA-day" in the case to determine who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter, Dannielynn.

Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead was all smiles as he left the court room on Friday demonstrating his confidence in getting custody of Dannielynn.

Birkhead will be joined by Smith's most recent companion, Howard K. Stern, in court today.  Stern currently has possession of the baby girl, and he is listed as the father on the birth certificate. 

Anna Nicole's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, is also seeking custody of the child.  She too is in the Bahamas for the trial.

A judge is expected to order DNA testing later in today's trial.

The man made famous through his battle for custody of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter seems to have an unwanted fan.

Larry Birkhead says he is practically being stalked by a Florida woman, who evidently works for the Broward County School District.

"She showed up there and she was jumping in the elevators and stuff," Birkhead said.

Larry told Access Hollywood he first noticed the woman during the hearings that took place immediately following Anna Nicole's death last month.

Then last week she was seen trying to talk her way into the Bahamian courtroom where hearings were being held. Later she actually tried to climb into the car with him. And our man in the Bahamas was told she'd been around the hotel, where Larry is staying, offering money to anyone who would tell her his room number. We were told today she was taken to the office of hotel security at the Atlantis Resort. We found the woman's room number today and called it, but she wouldn't tell us anything about herself or why she wanted to talk with Larry so badly.

Birkhead is expected to be back in court with Howard K. Stern and Virgie Arthur on Tuesday when a judge is expected to rule that Smith's infant daughter, Dannielynn, be brought in for DNA testing if she hasn't already.

Anna Nicole Smith's post death legacy has been filled with controversy after controversy, so its only fitting that today -- we have another controversy.

TMZ is reporting that Florida Judge Lawrence Korda, who heard evidence on the DNA paternity test, was arrested on charges marijuana possession.

Judge Korda was evidently sitting on a bench at Stanley Goldman Park in Hollywood, Florida smoking some bud when two cops smelled it and found Korda sitting on a bench with a bowl in his hands.

According to TMZ the offense is punishable by 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.

What in the world could be the next act in this three ring circus?

The man leading the battle for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Larry Birkhead, Smith's most recent companion and the man listed as Dannielynn's father Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur and DNA analysts are all expected to be in court on Tuesday morning in the Bahamas for a paternity hearing there.

The judge is expected to require that Stern submit Dannielynn for DNA testing.

The man who says without a doubt that he is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, spent the weekend in the Bahamas preparing for what he hopes to be a victory this week in court.

Larry Birkhead left the court room smiling from ear-to-ear on Friday.  He wouldn't talk about the specific details of the hearing, but he seemed confident that he would be taking Dannielynn into his care soon. 

Anna Nicole's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, attended the hearing; but Howard K. Stern, the man who claims to be the baby's father, did not.  It looks like that might have been a good thing.

All we know about Tuesday's hearing is that DNA experts are expected to come before the judge.  Many suspect that DNA testing may be complete, but this is likely an interview to see which analyst will be charged with collecting and overseeing the paternity tests.

Smith's death has sparked a movie about her life and a Law and Order episode that mirrors the controversy surrounding her sudden death. 

Her most recent companion, Howard K. Stern, is picking up the fight to keep the home where he and Anna Nicole lived.  The owner, Ben Thompson, claims that Smith and Stern avoided paying $900,000 in mortagage payments.  Before dying, Anna Nicole claimed Thompson gave her the waterfront home as a gift.  That trial has been postponed until April.

A film about the life and death of the late Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith will start filming as early as next month. 

Casting for the lead role of the movie has begun, according to producer Jack Nasser of All-Media Productions.

"We're moving as quickly as possible" Nasser told CNN. "We're on what we call 'the fast track.' "

Nasser says the movie will cover all of the important events in Smith's life, from age 17 until she dies at age 39 including her marriage to billionaire J. Howard Marshall and the  life and death of her son Daniel.

There is no mention of official word on whether or not they will include characters based on her most recent companion Howard K. Stern, ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead or estranged mother Virgie Arthur.  It is likely that they will all have to be mentioned.

He plans to take Anna Nicole's story to the big screen, but it could also end up on TV... it's too early to tell.  Nasser also says the rights to the story aren't needed, because they will be based on widely publicized events.

The movie could be released as soon as June of this year.

Who knew that sifting through celebrity garbage could be so lucrative?  Evidently Anna Nicole Smith can be a meal ticket for many, even those who steal things out of her trash!

Evidently a memorabilia dealer who lived next door to Smith while she was filming her reality show, rummaged through her trash and found the diaries, Anna Nicole's drivers' license, and a book of business cards/contacts.

Anna Nicole's personal diary with entries that span from 1992 to 1994 are being auctioned off on Ebay.  The bigging starts off at $25,000.

"She just pours out her soul, page after page, and it's an unbelievably interesting read," Thomas Riccio of Universal Rarities auction house says. "It's like a soap opera. It starts with nothing, and it ends up with her finding the fame that she craved."

Evidently she convincingly spoke about her relationship and love for her late billionare husband, J. Howard Marshall, a pregnancy scare and what pills she took. 

"She's looking at baby clothes; she's not sure who the baby's father is," says Riccio. "There's one particular guy that she's worried won't be happy if she finds out she's indeed pregnant, and she actually says, 'I'm scared.'"  

Maybe the part where she talks about loving her husband would have been good evidence in her trial to get her share of his inheritance.  Now, anyone can buy them (if you have at least a quarter of a million bucks).

"It was 1,000 percent devotion to him in the second diary; how much she loved him," Riccio says, "and how much time she took to feed him, and take care of him, and how annoyed she was at Pierce, the son of J. Howard, for cutting off their money -- and how annoyed J. Howard was about that."

Rico claims that Anna Nicole's diaries have a worth of $500,000 to $1,000,000 each.  The auction will take place on Ebay on March 22nd.

Law and Order: Criminal Intent has signed actress Kristy Swanson to play Lorelei Mailer, a role based on the controversial fall of Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith.

The show will also include a character based on Smith's companion and former attorney Howard K. Stern rumored to be played by comedian Jon Lovitz.  While Stern, the man who claims to be the father of Anna Nicole's baby, Dannielynn, will get his own character; Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead is said to have been left out of the show.

A character based loosely on Smith’s estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, is likely to make the cut.

The episodes featuring the plot line that mirrors Anna Nicole's controversy is slated to air during May sweeps.

Anna Nicole Smith's death is a controversy, as is her son, Daniel's death.  Now one of GaySocialites' readers, John, writes in with this.... 

Anna Nicoles son, Daniel, who's death is being investigated - appeared to have contacted a private investigator weeks before his death. He was concerned about his mother under the influence of Howard K. Stern, and he was wanting to have Stern followed and investigated because of the drugs his mother was on and because Stern was trying to keep Daniel away from Anna Nicole because he was concerned about their close relationship, and that interfered with Stern's plans for Smith's money. Private dectectives have met with the police and lawyers to discuss the latest developments in the case, and there are many. Stern will be implicated in this. He's guilty of Daniel's death and he's guilty of Annas'. The police aren't tipping their hand just yet, but with the custody now in favour of Birkhead and homicide squad sniffing around the scene mroe and more each day, you know something is up and its going to come out sooner than later. And it's no coincidence, Anna Nicole was going to give testimony at the investigation into Danie's death this month, and she conveniently died, from Drugs that Stern ordered in his name.

If this is true, then this could be good evidence that Daniel Wayne and Anna Nicole Smith were murdered.  Who will serve the time?  If anyone?  Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur need to get their hands on this evidence, then they can win hands down.

The word is out.  There no longer seems to be a question as to what drugs the late Playboy covergirl Anna Nicole Smith was taking before her death. 

Fox 411 says they have obtained a fax written sent by Khristine Eroshevich, Smith’s personal psychiatrist and the woman who since her death claims to be her best friend.

It’s a request for a laundry list of drugs that Eroshevich wanted sent to the Bahamas by courier for “M. Chase,” the pseudonym Smith used to obtain drugs.

The list is potentially very harmful. It includes:

• four bottles of 2 mg Dilaudid;

• 2 milliliter bottles of Lorazepam (Ativan);

• two bottles of 350 mg Soma, a total of 180 tablets;

• one bottle each of 30 mg Dalmane and 400 mg Prexige, a British drug;

• one bottle of methadone, 300 5mg tablets.

All of these are classified as painkillers.

Eroshevich was evidently by Anna Nicole's side during her pregnancy, and she has also been speaking exclusively with "Entertainment Tonight" in support of Smith's most recent companion Howard K. Stern.

Eroshevich sent the fax on Sept. 15, 2006, a week after the baby was born and five days after Daniel’s death.

At first she sent it from the Bahamas to Sandeep Kapoor, the Los Angeles physician who treated Smith under the pseudonym “Michelle Chase.”

When Kapoor refused to fill the prescriptions, sources say, Eroshevich sent the request directly to Key Pharmacy in North Hollywood, Calif. It was also refused there.

The doctor wrote the fax in her own hand and added a note at the bottom: “You have my local number here. Please call if half of the amounts can be prepared, I’ll have someone take them to a courier to bring to me and he can [illegible] Fedex the rest, except for the Intensol, which has to be on ice.”

She signed it “Kris,” even though it seemed from the fax that she didn’t actually know Kapoor.

Fox showed the list to a pharmacist who said the dosages were "much higher than usual."

“That’s 12 times the amount of Dalmane. All together, these drugs potentially will kill you. I would have refused to fill the order.”

The directions for Prexige read: “Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby. Ask your doctor about the risks and benefits of taking Prexige in this case. It is not known if lumiracoxib, the active ingredient of Prexige, passes into the breast milk and could affect your baby.”

In a brief conversation last night with Fox 411, the psychiatrist, Eroshevich, acknowledged the existence of the fax, but declined to comment citing "patient confidentiality."

Stern and Anna Nicole herself both denied that the baby, Dannielynn, was born addicted to any drugs.  Based on this information, that is VERY hard to believe.

It looks like Howard K. Stern won't be the only one who could potentially go down as a result of Anna Nicole's death.

The legacy of Anna Nicole has definitely once again lived on this week somewhat making Smith more famous now than when she was alive.

Was Anna Nicole Smith murdered?

An exclusive source has told gaysocialites.blog that the autopsy results will show that Anna Nicole Smith died from a lethal dose of prescription drugs just as her late son Daniel did.

"Unlike Daniel, I'm told that Anna Nicole didn't mix an antidepressant with Methadone.  Instead her results show Methadone and a pain killer similar to, if not, Demerol, " according to our source.

Later some of Anna Nicole's computers ended up the hands of police, delaying the medical examiner to release his results announcing Smith's cause of death.  We later found out that the computers contained emails between Anna Nicole and her doctors that discussed drugs.  In addition, they found invoices for the drugs that were evidently delivered while Smith was 8 months pregnant.

Police later came back and said they aren't considering Smith's death as a homicide.

Larry Birkhead needs a new US attorney:

Larry Birkhead and his seemingly loyal attorney Debra Opri have called it quits!

Early in the week, the two seemed like a solid team when Opri demanded that a judge require both Howard K. Stern and Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern submit DNA to determine the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's only heir.  The judge did not honor their request, but Opri still called it a victory. 

We didn't hear from Opri again until Friday morning when she released a statement saying, "Larry Birkhead and I have terminated our attorney-client relationship effective immediately."  Opri says she quit because Larry was letting Howard K. Stern sway his opinion, while TMZ reported that Birkhead fired Opri earlier in the week.  Birkhead still hasn't spoken on the "terminated" relationship.

DNA tests underway?

Larry Birkhead was glowing as he exited a Bahamas court room on Friday.  It looks like the judge is going to call for DNA testing to determine the baby's paternity.  On Tuesday, all parties will reconvene to hear testimony from DNA analysts.  Birkhead also hopes to obtain custody of Dannielynn who is currently staying with Howard K. Stern, the man listed as the father of Anna Nicole Smith's only heir.

Since the DNA analysts will testify on Tuesday, it is likely that the DNA testing will have been completed before that hearing begins.

Crazy Prince Freddy?  What is his purpose in this mess?

It seems as though Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt is just as confused about his involvement with Anna Nicole Smith and his plea for paternity of Dannielynn as we are.  He doesn't want custody, but he does want everyone to know that he could be the father.

But don't call him a fraud!  Fox News personality Bill O'Reilly may found that out the hard way.  Prince Freddy is suing O'Reilly for defamation. Von Anhalt says that O'Reilly called him a "fraud," among other things, during a February 23 broadcast.   He wants $10 million for his pain and suffering.

Did Larry Birkhead's attorney quit or was she fired from the paternity case involving Anna Nicole Smith's daughter? 

Debra Opri says she ended her relationship with Larry Birkhead while TMZ is reporting that he fired her.

Opri told MSNBC's Rita Cosby that she terminated the relationship because of the growing influence of Howard K. Stern, Smith's most recent companion.

 "He has been firing me and hiring me regularly every other day since Howard K. Stern came into the mix. I just couldn't handle it anymore," she said. "I made my decision to end the relationship last night."

Larry Birkhead hasn't openly spoken about the end to the relationship.  He was in the Bahamas on Friday where he left the courtroom in a very good mood after a judge likely told him that a DNA test would be ordered to determine who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daugter, Dannielynn.

Larry Birkhead was probably smiling so much when he left the Bahamas courthouse on Friday, because he now knows the judge will likely require DNA testing for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn.  Birkhead hopes to prove that baby's father so that Howard K. Stern's name can be removed from the 6-month-old's birth certificate. 

Along with a paternity test, Larry also wants custody of the little girl who he seems very confident is his daughter.  Birkhead says Anna Nicole Smith told him that he was the father of the child, and other witness also say that Smith told them that Birkhead was Dannielynn's father.

TMZ is reporting that DNA testing will happen... or it may have already happened.   Sources tell TMZ that the judge has ordered all parties involved back to court Tuesday where DNA Analysist will testify. 

We don't know whether some or all of the DNA samples have already been taken.

If the smile on Larry Birkhead's face when leaving a Bahamian court room on Friday evening is any sign of his success, it looks like he will have custody of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, as soon as next week!

Birkhead was all smiles when leaving the court house on Friday despite losing his US Attorney Debra Opri.  MSNBC reports, the judge in the paternity dispute over Anna Nicole’s baby has made it clear that a DNA test is imminent.

Larry seems confident that he is Dannielynn's father and can easily prove that Howard K. Stern is not the baby's daddy with a paternity test.  Today's hearing seems to put him one step closer to getting the chance to prove it!

“It’s getting a little bit better as each day as things become more positive and you have more time to deal with grief and things like that, so you know, I hope so,” Birkhead said.

Birkhead says he will stick around in the Bahamas until another court appearance on Tuesday where a judge may rule that he is granted custody of Anna Nicole Smith's only heir. 

When asked what he would do Friday night, Birkhead couldn't hide his smile.

“A very good dinner,” Birkhead told Access Hollywood. “We’ll have some celebrations. I think that things are coming.”

We don't know if any DNA has been collected from Dannielynn, Birkhead or Stern.  Meanwhile, Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur is also seeking custody of her granddaughter.

One of the men who says he is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Larry Birkhead, has lost his right hand woman.

Birkhead's attorney Debra Opri issued a statement this morning saying she is out.

 "Larry Birkhead and I have terminated our attorney-client relationship effective immediately," Opri said in a statement.

The two have been fighting over many different issues over the past few weeks regarding the custody battle for Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.  Opri and Birkhead have evidently not been seeing eye-to-eye since the battle over Anna Nicole Smith's remains.

Birkhead will attend hearings on Friday in the Bahamas represented by his attorney there, but there is no work on who will take over his case in the US.

Opri added, "My prayers will be with Larry and Dannielynn always."

Birkhead is battling Howard K. Stern who currently has possession of Dannielynn and is listed on her birth certificate as the father.  Opri has been Birkhead's attorney since even before Anna Nicole died on Feb. 8.

One of the men who claims to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby is suing Fox news anchor Bill O'Reilly for defamation. Prince Frederic Von Anhalt filed says that O'Reilly called him a "fraud," among other things, during a February 23 broadcast.

Von Anhalt claims he had an affair with Anna Nicole that spanned over 10 years making him a possiblity as Dannielynn's father.

Prince Von Anhalt is also the husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor.  He wants $10 million for his pain and suffering.  

Fox News isn't commenting.  Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and most recent companion Howard K. Stern are also claim to be Dannielynn's father.

Police in Florida say they aren't necessarily investigating Anna Nicole Smith's death as a homicide. 

Bahamian authorities went to Florida to meet with Seminole tribal police this week to talk about the ongoing investigation into the former Playboy model's sudden death on Feb. 8.  Cops however say they aren't investigating a homicide.

The Broward County State Attorney's Office says that prosecutors were not involved in the meeting that took place between the Seminole detectives and Royal Bahamas Police Commissioner.

"We are continuing to help law enforcement agencies and the medical examiner as they try and figure out the nature of this death," state attorney's office spokesman Ron Ishoy said. "This is not a homicide investigation."

Police have also obtained two computers that were taken from the Bahamas home where Anna Nicole was staying. 

Ford Shelley, a former friend of Smith's, turned the computers over to cops.  Shelley is the son-in-law of G. Ben Thompson, the man who owns the home where Smith was staying with her companion Howard K. Stern and new-born daughter Dannielynn.

TMZ is reporting that police found invoices on one of the laptops for prescription drugs including Demerol and the sleep disorder drug Dalmane which according to the files on the computer were shipped to Anna Nicole while she was 8-months pregnant.

As you remember, our source told gaysocialites.blog exclusively that medical examiners have determined that extremely high doses of Demerol and Methadone are the cause for Smith's death.

We told you earlier today about an exclusive interview we had with a source close to Anna Nicole Smith's toxicology investigation saying that the medical examiner found a lethal mix of Methadone and Demerall in her system. 

Now TMZ is confirming that the examiner Dr. Perper has in fact been looking into Anna Nicole's use of these two drugs.

TMZ also knows that Dr. Joshua Perper, the Medical Examiner, has interviewed people about Anna's drug use. We know Dr. Perper has asked about Anna's use of injectible Demerol, and whether she swabbed alcohol on her skin before inserting the needle.

The gossip gods are also reporting that Anna Nicole Smith's computer that was confiscated from her hotel room contained e-mails about drugs between she and her doctors.

Maybe Howard K. Stern may be off the hook afterall?!

In our exclusive story, I told you the details on how investigators are shifting Anna Nicole Smith's death inquiry into a homicide case.  Now other sources are reporting similar stories.

The Miami Herald is reporting a similar story giving the basic details on how the focus will shift from accidental death to murder. The newspaper reports that officials have confirmed the meeting but didn't elaborate.

TMZ also reported that Anna's bodyguard, Big Moe, was interviewed by Seminole cops last week. According to the gossip gods, Big Moe told the cops that Howard K. Stern had given Anna Nicole drugs during the last months of her life.

It looks like a down-hill slope is coming for Howard K. Stern!  What if he did kill Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne too?  Maybe they should get that baby to a safer place quickly!

It has been more than a month since Anna Nicole Smith died, and we still don't have any official toxicology reports or a cause of death.  gaysocialites.blog has exclusively talked with a source who is involved in the investigation and claims that the results may point to either murder or suicide.

Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper was set to release his results last week, but decided to wait after Seminole police found some evidence that might change what Perper listed as Anna Nicole Smith's cause of death.

Our source, who is very close to the investigation and has presented us with verifiable and solid leads in the past says that Anna Nicole Smith, just like her son Daniel, died of a lethal mix of drugs in her system.

"The toxicology results show large amounts of Methadone in Anna Nicole Smith's system at the time of her death,"  our source told gaysocialites.blog exclusively. 

"In addition to Methadone she had another drug that when mixed with Methadone could be deadly," our source added. 

"Unlike Daniel, I'm told that Anna Nicole didn't mix an antidepressant with Methadone.  Instead her results show Methadone and a pain killer similar to, if not, Demerol, " according to our source.

Here's the creepier part:  Our source told me that Dr. Perper had intended to pronounce Anna Nicole Smith's death as a suicide based on the lethal amounts of Methadone and Demerol in her system.  However, some evidence on a computer left in Anna Nicole Smith's room that may have belonged to Howard K. Stern could change Perper's mind. 

"Instead of suicide," our source says, "I think this is going to be looked at as murder."

Could it really be true?  Was Anna Nicole Smith murdered?  Our source told me that is likely that the person who put the drugs in Anna Nicole's system (whether it was her or someone else) did so with the intention of killing her.  There were evidently just too high of dosages in her system.

Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur warned her via Nancy Grace, right after Daniel's death, to watch out for herself because she might be the next to die.  Little did Smith or Arthur know that her mother was foreshadowing her fate.  Arthur also accused Howard K. Stern of murdering Daniel in that same interview.  Could she have been right about that too?

Anna Nicole Smith died in Florida on February 8.  She leaves behind a 6-month-old daughter Dannielynn who is currently the center of a custody battle between Stern, Arthur and Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead.

During her younger years, Nicole Richie was hooked on heroin.  It looks like she is resorting back to old ways -- sort of... this time she's evidently hooked on pills. 

According to a source quoted by InTouch Weekly, Richie is not just taking pain killers.  She's also taking Adderall, a drug normally perscribed to those diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Insiders say Nicole has been using Adderall - a prescription drug normally used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and is a powerful appetite suppressant.

"She loves Adderall because she stays awake, and it makes her not want to eat," says a close pal. "And she takes it even more when she's filming."

Although her rep denies that she uses the drug, a pal says Nicole's actually increased her dosage: "She's taking more and more lately."

Richie also confessed to smoking weed when pulled over last year for driving the wrong way on the freeway.

Nicole is currently shooting the latest season of her hit reality show The Simple Life with co-star and once again best friend Paris Hilton.

Well, one thing we have learned from Anna Nicole Smith's death is that celebs can get a note for whatever they want in Hollywood.

Howard K. Stern is definitely suspect number one in the upcoming inquest to determine how Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel, died especially since Smith is now dead herself.  At this point, his testimony is vital in determining what happened to Daniel.

Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez, presiding over the March 26 hearing, said Anna Nicole would have been a material witness.

"Her death has caused us to lose the weight of her evidence, but at the same time, it has also increased the interest in the inquest because of the way in which she died. She also died suddenly, her son died very suddenly," Gomez told the Bahamas Journal.

Toxicology reports show that Daniel died of a lethal mix of prescription drugs including methadone and lexapro.  Anna Nicole's cause of death has not yet been released. 

While the inquest's primary goal will be exploring the cause of the son's death, the court also will "look with interest at the cause of (Anna Nicole's) death as well."

Daniel Wayne Smith died September 10 while visiting his mother and newborn sister, Dannielynn, at Doctors Hospital in Nassau.  Anna Nicole Smith died on February 8 while vacationing in Florida.

A custody battle between Anna Nicole's mother Virgie Arthur, her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and Stern is currently underway.

According to TMZ.blog, as of Monday, several of Anna Nicole Smith's personal items, including diaries, ID cards and store receipts, are up for sale on Ebay.

Evidently the items were taken from Anna Nicole's garbage while she was taping her reality show, The Anna Nicole Show.

The diary is currently going for $25,000. 

Her former "Bodyguard" William Castleberry and D'Eva and Eric Redding also have items up for bid.

It looks like someone other than her estranged mother Virgie Arthur, ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and most recent companion Howard K. Stern aren't the only ones making money on the model's tragic death.

"Put up or shut up, that's what we're asking for," Opri said outside court.

In the closed hearing Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider refused to make Stern a part of the paternity court action, but he said he may change his mind in two weeks after he considers the law more closely.

Stern was Anna Nicole Smith's most recent companion and lived with her at the time of her death.  He also claims that he is Dannielynn's father.  She currently lives with Stern in the Bahamas.

Playboy model turned reality star Anna Nicole Smith has seen almost as much fame since death as she did when she was alive and ticking.  This past week her mother and ex-husband have filed papers to have Smith's son exhumed and moved to Texas while her drug dealing doctor has avoided medical examiners.  Now this upcoming week, a custody battle for her only living heir will begin.

The rollercoaster ride has only just begun.

Anna Nicole's first husband Billy Smith and her estranged mother Virgie Arthur began a campaign to dig up Anna Nicole and Billy's son Daniel to move his dead body to Texas for burial near the family he never really knew.  A few weeks ago, Anna Nicole's friends finally buried her right next to Daniel after weeks of court battles, but if her family has their way the buxom blonde's body will lay in the Bahamas alone.

Meanwhile back in the United States, the medical examiner who was prepared to release Anna Nicole's cause of death on Friday has put his decision on hold after speaking with local police about evidence that could change his verdict. The examiner Dr. Joshua Perper said he has spoken with everyone close to Smith with the exception of the doctor who issued a prescription for methadone to Smith while she was 8-months pregnant.  Dr. Sandeep Kapoor said through an attorney that he doesn't have anything to contribute to the investigation.  Kapoor has justified his decision to prescribe methadone to a pregnant Anna Nicole Smith despite questions on why he would give her methadone at all.  Methadone is a drug that is often prescribed to help heroin users kick their addiction, but witnesses say Anna Nicole has been using the drug as a pain killer for years.

This week is also when things will start to pick-up with the custody battle over Smith's infant daughter, Dannielynn.  The 6-month-old little girl is expected to inherit millions from her mother's estate.  Now, a three-way battle between Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur; the custody battle is more heated than ever.  The end result will likely come down to a paternity test.  If there is no clean-cut answer on who the father of the child is, then Arthur may snag custody as Dannielynn's nearest living relative.

Anna Nicole Smith died of still unknown causes on February 8th while vacationing in Florida.  She was buried nearly one month later.

There is new evidence regarding the death of Anna Nicole Smith, but the new details have not been released. The medical examiner who was expected to announce her cause of death this week has decided to wait after meeting with Seminole police.

FOX News forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden said it is unusual to make a delay at this point in an autopsy.

"The cause of death should be patently obvious at this time ... it sounds like there may be issues about whether it's a homicide or not," he said.

So you think they'll go after the doctor (Sandeep Kapoor) or the drug administrator (Howard K. Stern)?

The man who prescribed methadone to Anna Nicole Smith while she was pregnant is speaking out (through his attorney) regarding allegations that he won't cooperate with the medical examiner's report. 

Dr. Joshua Perper is responsible for determining the cause of Anna Nicole's death, but Dr. Sandeep Kapoor won't talk to him. Kapoor's attorney says he can not contribute anything to the investigation. 

I guess since he knew that it was medically sound to give methadone to a pregnant woman with a drug problem, then he knows that he isn't needed to determine her cause of death.  LOSER!

Dr. Joshua Perper announced earlier this week that he would announce the cause of death for the late Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith by Friday, however that is not the case anymore!

If you've been living under a rock or suffer from short-term memory loss, Smith died exactly one month ago on February 8th at a Seminole, Florida hotel and casino.

Perper has interviewed everyone close to the model with the exception of her shady doctor who perscribed the buxon blonde methadone while she was 8-months pregnant.  Dr. Sandeep Kapoor refused to speak with the medical examiner.

The examinar met with Seminole police on Wednesday, and they told Dr. Perper that they have more evidence that may change his conclusion.

However, Perper said it is unlikely but possible that he may change his conclusion based on the new evidence, so he agreed to postpone his official conclusion for a week or two.

Meet Dr. Sandeep Kapoor. 

According to HealthGrades.blog, Dr. Kapoor "practices Geriatric Medicine and Internal Medicine in North Hollywood and Studio City, California."  The website also says that he has been in the profession for 15 years and graduated from the Boston University School Of Medicine with a MD. 

What this website doesn't tell you is that Dr. Kapoor is also the same man who prescribed methadone to Anna Nicole Smith while she was pregnant. 

When later questioned about giving a pregnant woman a drug used to help heroin adicts recover, he said it was "medically sound and appropriate."

Now as it turns out, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor is the only man who refused to speak to Dr. Joshua Perper, the Broward County Medical Examiner who is investing the cause of Anna Nicole's death.

Does this mean Dr. Sandeep is guilty of murdering Anna Nicole Smith?  Not necessarily.  But it does raise some questions about his judgment as a doctor.

Anna Nicole Smith seemed to live in a world of fantasy that invited just the right people to protect the fantasy world in which she lived.

Meanwhile, we await Dr. Perper's results and a court ruling to determine if Larry Birkhead or Howard K. Stern could either be the father of Anna Nicole's infant daughter, Dannielynn.

Sex tapes seem to be the thing to do if you can't live without more publicity, but what happens if your sex tape leaks after you're dead?

Anna Nicole Smith's former lover Mark Hatten who is currently in prison for terrorizing the former Playboy model says he and Smith recorded a sex tape that he is worried may leak to the media. 

Evidently Hatten wrote to Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur and pleaded that she try to get her hands on the video before it leaks.  Hatten is worried that the video is one of the items that may have been stolen from Smith's Bahamian mansion in the days following her death.

In the letters acquired by TMZ.blog, Hatten writes, "it must be destroyed."  He also adds that Anna was "against (hardcore) pornography."

Many people have ridiculed me and other bloggers for insinuating that Howard K. Stern could have murdered Anna Nicole Smith.  We may not be too far off.

Smith's bodyguard talked to the Florida's Seminole Police Department on Wednesday about the circumstances surrounding her death, according to TMZ.blog.

Cops went to the house of "Big Moe" on Wednesday morning in Pembroke Pines, FL because they have questions about the security camera video at the hotel where Smith died.

Big Moe allegedly told the cops that Smith was on "heavy doses" of prescription drugs the day she died, including flu medicine and antibiotics.  Sources also told TMZ that Moe told the cops that in the months leading up to Smith's death, Stern gave her "some types of drugs," though he didn't specifically know which. As he put it, "Anna was in a cloud."

This is Howard K. Stern may be charged with killing Anna Nicole Smith.

Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel Wayne, died in a Bahamian hospital room while visiting his mother who had just given birth. 

It took the world by surprise.  Daniel was always portrayed as "the good kid" on their reality program "The Anna Nicole Smith" show on E!  However, his autopsy reports say he died of a lethal mix of two prescription drugs, methadone and lexapro.  Methadone is used to treat heroin addicts and increasingly used as a recreational drug.  Lexapro is an anti-depressant.

How did the good guy die of an overdose?  Is it possible that he wasn't as straight-laced as we all thought?  Or was he murdered? 

Anna Nicole's estranged mother says someone killed Daniel Wayne.  Speaking as if she has seen the toxicology results (and I don't know if she has), Virgie Arthur told the Sun: “It was murder. The levels of drugs in his body are way too high. Someone has to pay.”

Shortly after Daniel's death and prior to Anna Nicole's, Virgie Arthur told the media she suspected that Howard K. Stern had killed Daniel to clear a path to Anna Nicole's millions coming her way from the estate of her late husband J. Howard Marshall.

Bahamian authorities are investigating Daniel Wayne Smith's death.

The Broward County Sheriff’s Department is expected to release the cause of death of Anna Nicole Smith by the end of the week.

I have wondered why it would take so long to release the cause of death, especially for someone in such a high profile position.  Today, I have learned that the medical examiners claim to still be running tests to determine not only the cause of death, but also "the manner of death."

The manner of death?  Could that mean we may know more about the possibility of foul play or does that mean she definitely had an overdose.

I guess we will all know this week!  Meanwhile, the paternity of her now 6-month old daughter Dannielynn is still unknown.  Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern are evidently negotiating a deal that may put a quick end to the court battles.

The National Enquirer ran these photos of what they seemingly admitted were fake photos or "enhanced images" of corpse that could be Anna Nicole Smith.  But today, the New York Post has a tipster who says the photos weren't fake at all.

One New York Post source says '"The photos were real... They were taken with a cell phone. The Enquirer had to say that they were fake to protect their source. There are only a couple people who had that kind of access to the body."

That means if this is true, then someone had to pull the refridgerated remains of the dead supermodel out and snapped a picture with their phone.  Either way, its extremely distasteful.

Rumors surfaced late last week that Anna Nicole Smith's first husband Billy Smith wanted to have their son's body moved to their home state of Texas.

Anna Nicole's mother Virgie Arthur filed a request in a Bahamian court to have Daniel Wayne Smith exhumed and relocated on Billy's behalf.

Daniel died late last year while visiting his mother after the birth of his sister Dannielynn.

The Sunday Morning Gospel is our way of tying life's lessons to pop culture in hopes that we can all live, laugh and learn!

Today we're looking back at what we can all learn from the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

Here's some advise based on Anna Nicole's controversy after she died on February 8th in Broward County, FL of causes still unknown.

1.  Its all coming out after you die.
I don't mean to sound morbid or to scare the shit out of everyone, but all of those little secrets you have now are coming out after you die, such as; methadone addictions, who your baby's daddy really is, crazy videos, scandalous pictures, etc.  So either hide it VERY well or don't do it all.

2.  Tie up your loose strings, don't procrastinate.
If you have pending items that you have been putting off, I advise you to get off your ass and get it done.  If you don't make these decisions now, someone else will make them for you after you croak.  For example, if you aren't sure whether or not you're a citizen of the US or the Bahamas, trot yourself down to the immigration office and figure it out!  We aren't all former models turned reality stars.  If you're a nobody and an illegal alien the government might put your body in a box and mail it to your homeland.  Or as another example, if you're only somewhat married; you need to get an official stamp on it ASAP!  If not, your significant other may not have any rights after you are gone.  If you're gay and your state doesn't recognize gay marriage, civil unions or domestic partnership... see also #5.

3. You can run but you can't hide.
If you're running from something or someone (i.e. the real father of you 5-month old baby), you gotta get them off your back sooner or later.  From the looks of the way things have turned out for Anna Nicole Smith, later is waaaaay too late!!  Figure out a solution now or you may not get an opinion at all!

4. Your family always has a 'say so.'
You may hate your family, but they're always your family.  It doesn't matter if you haven't spoken to them in 10 years or if you're 'estranged;' they are going to come out of the wood work when you die  to at least act like they love you.  If you hate them that much, see also #5.

5. Write a will.
It really doesn't matter if you are broke and don't have any possessions, you should still make a will.  Don't just write it on a napkin.  Make it legit and register it with the court.  Be sure to include all the details on how envision your final day and where you want to be laid to rest.  If you don't a court may decide it all for you.  Additionally, if you want to leave your personal items to someone who isn't legitimately related to you then you need to put it in writing!

Anna Nicole Smith's closest friends fought Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur to get her buried next to her late son, Daniel Wayne Smith, in the Bahamas.  Now, Smith may be left there all alone.

Daniel's father, Billy Smith, says he wants to have his son's body exhumed and moved to Texas.

If this happens, Anna Nicole's plan is shot.  She purchased a plot for herself right next to her son's so they could lay to rest together forever.  After weeks of court battles, she was finally buried there on Friday.

Billy Smith is trying to get a court hearing on this matter next week.  Hearings to determine the custody and paternity of Smith's 5-month-old daugher, Dannielynn, will also continue later this month.  Arthur, Smith's most recent companion Howard K. Stern and her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead have all filed suit for custody.

Even though Anna Nicole Smith has finally been laid to rest, she is still making headlines.

The New York Daily News is reporting that Smith's grave site has surged to the top of the tourism checklist bumping a fancy resort out of the #1 spot for the the first time in years.

The Daily News quoted one lady as saying that Anna Nicole Smith was her only reason for visiting teh Bahamas.

"We got off the cruise ship, got into a taxi and said, 'Take us to Anna's grave,'" Vicki Gwaltney, 51, from Florida (who saw Smith's final resting spot with her friend and 92-year-old mom) told the Daily News.  "For me, this trip was all about Anna. I booked it two weeks ago just because this was going on. Anna Nicole's what brought me here."

Anna Nicole Smith was finally laid to rest today in the Bahamas. 

Her casket covered by a pink flowing cloth was rolled down a red carpet while most recent boyfriend Howard K. Stern sat near ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead with estranged mother Virgie Arthur across the isle.  E! News is reporting that Larry and Howard sat near each other and spoke many times throughout the service.  They also report that neither were seen talking to Virgie.  Smith's 5-month-old daugher, Dannielynn, did not attend.

Country singer Joe Nichols performed two songs while Howard, Larry and Virgie all said a few words.  Virgie said she was proud of Anna Nicole for making something of herself, Larry spoke highly of his time with the buxom blonde, and Howard said she died of a broken heart.

Smith was buried right next to her son, Daniel, at a plot she purchased for herself when he died.  They also placed the ashes of her late husband, J. Howard Marshall, in the casket with her.

After her remains laid in a Broward County coroners freezer for three weeks, Anna Nicole Smith was finally laid to rest Friday with a lavish funeral in the Bahamas.

Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, tried all she could to get the Playboy model's body back to her home state of Texas giving up only after two judges ruled to allow a court appointed custodian for her 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn.

Smith was laid to rest next to her late son, Daniel.  She was 39 years old.

Rest in peace, Anna Nicole Smith.

Back in California, another mischevious superstar was able to keep herself in rehab.  It may not sound like too much of a feat, but I guess the third time was a charm for Britney Spears.  After going crazy by shaving her head and getting some new ink done, the "Toxic" singer checked herself in and out of rehab twice before renting out a whole wing at the California's Promises Rehabilitation Center.

Meanwhile, her two infant sons are staying with the father, Kevin Federline.

Now, Brown says he is not going to work for the station; because he never agreed to work there.  Too bad they can't send him back to jail huh?

FoxNews.blog is reporting that Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead spent the night negotiating TV deals and a way for Stern to remain in the baby's life after he hands her over to Birkhead.

Anna Nicole Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, is expected to inherit millions of dollars from Smith's ex-husband's estate.  Now, according to FoxNews.blog, Howard K. Stern is making sure he gets his share.  The news channel is reporting on their website that Stern is talking with Birkhead about giving him custody of the child in exchange for Stern being allowed to control her finances. 

Stern is also trying to get Birkhead to sign an exclusive deal with two TV programs, "Entertainment Tonight" and "the Insider," so that Stern isn't the only one talking with them and doesn't come under fire for being paid for his time.

And I am getting beaten to death for saying Stern is in this for money?!  C'mon people.  It's starting to become black and white.

After three weeks of sitting in a Broward County coroner's office, the body of former Playboy playmate, Anna Nicole Smith, was escorted by police to the Miami International Airport and flown by private plane to the Bahamas.

Friends and family have gathered to lay the buxom blonde to rest next to her son, Daniel, who died last year.

The ceremony is said to have a guestlist of about 300 people, and country music star Joe Nichols will perform at the funeral and at graveside.  Smith and Nichols were friends before she died on Feburary 8.

Now that Smith will be laid to rest, it will be up to a judge to decide who will get permanent custody of her 5-month-old heiress, Dannielynn.

Smith's companion Howard K. Stern, estranged mother Virgie Arthur and ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead all want custody of Dannielynn, who could inherit millions of dollars.

Who knew that the late model Anna Nicole Smith would play a role in politics?  While alive she may have even said "over my dead body."  Well, that's exactly how it's happening.

The small island nation is in the midst of a political election right now, and Anna Nicole Smith's controversial death may be an issue on voter's minds.

According to the Washington Post, opposition to the government has charged that the current administration's handling of Smith's case shows its incompetence.

"The Anna Nicole debacle and all the publicity regarding that ... has energized the base of the (Free National Movement) and hurt the PLP. They are losing ground and something needs to happen to swing the momentum back," an attorney close to the opposition told the paper.

Immigration Minister Shane Gibson resigned from his post on February 18 when a newspaper published pictures of him embracing the buxom blonde on a bed.  Shortly after accusations surfaced saying he handed Smith residency without requiring that she follow proper procedures.

Smith is scheduled to buried on Friday afternoon in the Bahamas.  Thursday marked three weeks since her death, without a proper funeral.  Her resting place itself is expected to become a tourist attraction in the Bahamas.

Howard K. Stern will evidently be reading a letter that Anna Nicole Smith wrote for her son, Daniel's, funeral last year.

gaysocialites.blog has obtained the contents of the letter, and it's definitely touching...

"My dearest son Daniel, you were my rock; you were the only one who could keep me solid. Why God took you away from me I do not now understand. Perhaps some day I will. I wish he would have taken me instead. Now you're gone and I don't know how Mommy's gonna make it without you. I will come home to you. Your mother, always and forever."

Smith will be buried on Friday in the Bahamas.

Country star Joe Nichols is scheduled to perform at Anna Nicole Smith's funeral on Friday in the Bahamas.  Nicols will perform his song "I'll Wait for You" and one of Smith's favorite songs, "Wings of a Dove" at her graveside after being invited by the Smith's most recent companion, Howard K. Stern.

Smith and Nichols have been friends for years after meeting at the Grande Ole' Opry in Tennessee. 

"I hope to bring some comfort through music to the people who were closest to her during this sad time," Nicols said.

More than 300 people are invited to attend the funeral service which will also feature a video montage created from Anna Nicole's home videos set to Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven."

After much debate, Anna Nicole Smith will finally be laid to rest in the Bahamas next to her 20-year-old son, Daniel, who died late last year.

Reports say the funeral is expected to be over-the-top in true Anna Nicole form.

The memorial service will have a tight guest list with about 300 attendees at an undisclosed church, featuring large amounts of pink flowers, her favorite color, and a well known performer who hasn't been announced yet.  She is also expected to be buried in an elegant fluffy dress, true Anna Nicole style.

After the funeral is over, the court battles will continue according to an attorney representing Smith's ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, who is fighting for custody of 5-month-old, Dannielynn.

"We now move on to the Bahamas and continue the hearing for March 16 where we fully anticipate there will be a DNA order," Larry Birkhead's attorney, Debra Opri said.

Smith died in Florida on February 8.  She leaves behind one daughter as we have mentioned, Dannielynn, who is expected to receive all of Smith's inheritance including the millions coming her way from her late husband, J. Howard Marshall's, estate.

It has been exactly three weeks since former model and reality star Anna Nicole Smith died in Florida.  Her body hasn't been buried yet, but the attorney in charge of it all says the service will take place tomorrow.

The question on all of our minds is:  what killed Anna Nicole?  Her estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, seems confident that it was drugs; and after Smith's death all signs have pointed to towards an overdose.

Now, reports are surfacing that Smith may have died from pnemonia.  The coroner's early findings said there were no pills in the late Playmate's body, but he also said he was waiting for the toxicology reports to rule out drug use.  How long should these reports take anyway?  You would think that they could rush them or something!

Meanwhile friends and family have already started to arrive in the Bahamas for Friday morning's funeral.  All of the players in the court battle including her companion Howard K. Stern, ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, Virgie Arthur and 5-month-old Dannielynn are all expected to attend.

After three weeks of battling over where Anna Nicole Smith should be buried, her estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, has dropped out of the battle for custody of her remains. 

Judge Larry Seidlin ruled that Smith's 5-month-old daughter should have custody of the remains, leaving a court appointed custodian to make the decision.  That lawyer decided to bury her in the Bahama's.  Arthur appealed that decision, and her petition was denied earlier today.

Earlier speculation had said that Arthur may take the case to the Supreme Court, but on Wednesday she called it quits.  Smith will be laid to rest next to her late son, Daniel, in the Bahamas.

The court appointed attorney has said the funeral is set for Friday.

The Bahamas has always been an exotic vacation spot.  You can snorkel, sunbathe, golf, shop, sail and tour the sites connected to deceased former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith.

Bohemian taxi drivers say more and more people are requesting the "Anna Nicole Tour" as they pile off cruise ships to the island nation. 

"It's sad that she died but we don't look at the negative. There are persons in the taxi industry who are making money because people come here asking to go to the house, the cemetery and the hospital," said Burcil Anderson, a taxi driver waiting in a line of minivans at the port.

It's actually kinda good to see that someone other Howard K. Stern and Virgie Arthur is starting to make a little money off of this.  Not that I condone capitalizing on her death, but I'm starting to believe that Stern and Arthur have made a deal to see if they keep this thing going forever.  They longer this goes, they longer they make money.

I guess the same goes for the cabbies in the Bahamas along the "Anna Nicole Tour."

CW11 in New York is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur is considering the possibility of taking her case to the Supreme Court.

Arthur wants the body of the former Playmate buried in her home state of Texas.   At this point, everyone really seems to be leaning towards the Bahamas.  At this point, the ruling stands that she can be buried on the island nation beside her late son, Daniel, as per the court appointed custodian of her 5-month-old daughter, Danielynn, who was left to make the decision.

At first I had a soft spot for Virgie, but now I am getting sick of everyone.  Whether she was of 'sound mind' or not, she bought her plot and should be laid there.

And just give the damn baby to Larry Birkhead!

TMZ.blog has published what they say is Anna Nicole Smith's death certificate, and there is something fishy on it! 

The paper shows Howard K. Stern as the person who identified her body, however (as TMZ points out) Stern listed himself as the "NOMINATED EXECUTOR" not her husband, boyfriend or even friend.

So when is the rest of the world going to realize that Howard K. Stern didn't see the buxom blonde we saw in Anna Nicole Smith?  Instead, he saw big dollar signs!  $$

A Florida appeals court ruled on Wednesday to uphold the decision by Judge Larry Seidlin to give custody of Anna Nicole Smith's remains to her daughter, Dannielynn. 

A court appointed attorney representing the 5-month-old girl decided to bury the former Playboy playmate in the Bahamas behind her late son, Daniel.

Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, wanted to bury her in Texas where she is from, while Howard K. Stern wanted to bury her in the Bahamas.

Virgie Arthur spent a few hours on Tuesday night meeting her granddaughter, Danielynn Hope Marshall Stern. 

Arthur is currently in a custody battle with Smith's most recent companion, Howard K. Stern, who claims to be the baby's father.

Arthur was seen leaving Smith's controversial Bohemian compound Tuesday night while hugging someone in the back of an SUV.

Anna Nicole Smith's personal assistant is talking to the National Enqurier (and likely making a few bucks off his boss' death.)

Nathan Collins revealed even more shocking news about Smith's life saying she was definitely hooked on drugs and that she even hired hookers for her son Daniel before he died.

According to Canada.blog, Collins also claims that Howard K. Stern kept the Playboy model well stocked with an array of prescription drugs such as Xanax, Vicodin, and methadone.  He also says he often fought with Stern about giving Smith higher than reccommended dosages of her antidepressant, Lexapro.

Smith's son Daniel concidentally died of lethal mix of methadone and Lexapro just days after his sister, Dannielynn, was born in the Bahamas.

Collins also admits that Stern and Smith did have an intimate relationship, but not around the time that she got pregnant.  He also said all signs point to Larry Birkhead as Dannielynn's father.

A Florida has made his ruling on the court battle regarding the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's 5-month old daughter.

In his ruling Wednesday, Judge Korda said he had no jurisdiction over requiring a DNA sample from Dannielynn because she was born in the Bahamas and has never left that nation and since Birkhead's paternity action originated in California.

Meanwhile, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, is living in a gated, waterfront home in the Bahamas, where a judge is hearing the child custody dispute between Smith's most recent companion Howard K. Stern and her estranged mother Virgie Arthur.

I HEARD Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead may have reached an agreement on how to move forward regarding Anna Nicole Smith's estate and custody of her 5-month old daughter, Dannielynn.

Paparazzi are a buzz after claiming they saw Larry Birkhead leaving Smith's controversial compound in the Bahamas where Stern and the baby are staying.

According to reports, Stern may have agreed to give custody of Dannielynn to Birkhead if Stern remains as executor of Smith's possible billion dollar estate.

If Birkhead did infact visit Dannielynn over the weekend, then this would have been the first time the two met.

Birkhead evidently avoided questions regarding the secret meeting in an exclusive interview with Access Hollywood.

This deal could also seperate the men from the boys when trying to determine who is in this for the baby and who is in this for the money.

The alleged agreement doesn't include Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, who has been wishy washy about whether or not she wants permanent custody of the baby. Arthur originally said she wanted Birkhead, who most expect to be the baby's father, to get custody.  Recently, however, Arthur has thrown her name in the race as Smith's "next of kin."

A paternity test showing that neither Stern nor Birkhead is the father could foil the alleged agreement likely awarding custody to Arthur.

Larry Birkhead went from photographer to high profile lover of the infamous Playboy model turned TrimSpa spokesperson, Anna Nicole Smith.  Now, after her death, Birkhead is left fighting for the child he claims as his own.  The question I have been is asking is: Were Larry Birkhead and Anna Nicole Smith really in love?

In the last days of her life, we knew Smith as the woman who was trying to avoid Birkhead as he struggled to get a paternity test to prove he was the father of her newborn child, Dannielynn.

“I knew when I looked at her she was mine. I said, ‘That's my baby. She looks like me. She's mine,’ ” Birkhead told “Access Hollywood” “There was not a doubt.”

That's the same story we have been hearing for a while.  It's the story that Birkhead told next that really hit home for me.

Birkhead, Smith's estranged mother and her most recent companion viewed Smith's body last week.  Even though he was with Virgie Arthur and Howard K. Stern, Birkhead still seemed to have an emotional attachment to what he and Smith had.

“There was something she made me say every night before she went to sleep,” Birkhead said, tears spilling down his cheeks. “I said, ‘Good night my sweet Anna baby.’ That's what she wanted me to say to her every night before she went to sleep.”

So as Birkhead said his final good-bye to his former girlfriend and likely the mother of his daughter, he said, ‘Good night my sweet Anna baby.’

It makes you think of what things were like between Birkhead and Smith before she moved to the Bahamas and shut him (and many others) out of her life.

A Florida court says that Anna Nicole Smith's body can NOT be moved to the Bahamas until they have heard an appeal from the model's estranged mother.

Virgie Arthur's request to overturn a judge's decision to give control of Smith's body to an attorney appointed by the court to represent her daughter, Dannielynn.  The attorney decided to follow the judge's suggestion to bury Smith in the Bahamas beside her late son.

Arthur has been seeking to bury her daughter in her native Texas.  The attorneys have until 2pm tomorrow to respond to the appeal since the judge issued a stay until then.

It looks as if an open viewing of the body will be very unlikely at this point.

Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, is appealing last week's decision to bury the former Playboy model in the Bahamas next to her late son, Daniel.

Arthur asked for an emergency healing to stop a court appointed attorney from taking the remains back to the Bahamas to be buried in the country where Smith lived the last months of her life.

"It is an emergency because once that body is moved, that's it," said Arthur's attorney, Roberta Mandel. "Even if the court were to decide to hear it at that point, there's no body."

It looks like Mom might be holding on to any hope in making a last few bucks before Smith is laid to rest.

Most of the people coming forward to announce that they are one of Anna Nicole Smith's former lovers are vying for custody of her billion dollar baby, Dannielynn. 

Not Sandi Powledge, she's the Texas lesbian who says she had a three year relationship with Anna Nicole before she married oil tycoon Howard J. Marshall.  She also says it was apparent that Smith had a drug problem then and isn't surprised that it is all coming out after her death.

Powledge spoke to celebrity gossip site, TMZ.blog.

"I'd say, 'Can't we just have a night without it?'" she says. "She'd say, 'Yeah.' But as the night wore on, I could always tell by her slur or the look on her face (that she had taken drugs)".

$o why did $he even come forward?  What was her purpose?  Even if $he really wa$ Anna Nicole'$ le$bian lover, what would her benefit be for $tepping forward?  I mean, maybe $he could make a few buck$ if the right place want$ to buy the right$ to her $tory.  Crazy how that happen$ i$n't it?

Things aren't looking to good for Howard K. Stern in the battle for custody of Dannielynn.  After much controversy over a video surfaced with Stern behind the camera taping an obviously drugged up Anna Nicole Smith with her face painted like a clown.  Oh yeh, and she was 8 months pregnant.

Now, Stern's own "team" is starting to crumble.  His sister says that Smith told her she didn't know who the baby's father was.  

"When I spoke to (Smith) in March, when she found out she was pregnant, I took her shopping, and she told me the baby was due in mid-October, and that one other person could have been the father and that was Larry Birkhead, but nobody else," Bonnie Stern said. 

In addition, Stern can't remove Dannielynn from the country due to an injunction at the hands of Anna Nicole's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur.  Arthur has been vocal against Stern claiming her killed her daughter and grandson by leading them to drugs. 

Larry Birkhead has also filed a lawsuit in the Bahamas saying that Dannielynn's birth certificate that lists Howard K. Stern as her father is a fraud.

Even worse for Stern, Arthur and Birkhead have practically teamed up together.  Birkhead served as her witness in the custody battle over Smith's remains, and Arthur has thrown her support behind Birkhead for custody of Dannielynn saying she wants "...Larry to have custody of the child."

It looks like Howard's fun days of mushroom trips and methadone popping have ended.  Now what will happen with Dannielynn?  Can Stern possibly retain custody?

Only time will tell.

Monday will kick off a battle in the Bahama's between friends and relatives of the late Playboy model, Anna Nicole Smith.  Smith, of course, leaves behind a 5-month old daughter named Dannielynn who could stand to inherit a billion dollars.

Fighting for custody are Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, estranged mother Virgie Arthur and the man who is listed on Dannielynn's birth certificate as her father - Howard K. Stern.

Larry Birkhead is the most likely father of the child, but he may struggle to get custody.  He first must get a judge in the Bahamas to order Dannielynn for a paternity test, then he will be required to obtain custody as well. 

Virgie Arthur is the baby's closest to kin.  Her best chance at getting custody seems to be if none of the men who have come forward match DNA with the baby.  Meanwhile, she has already started a war against Howard K. Stern in hopes of taking Dannielynn back to Texas.

Being listed as Dannielynn's father on her birth certificate may give Howard K. Stern an edge on the pack.  If a judge refuses to require a paternity test, then Stern simply has to maintain custody.  His best chance at loosing is if the other two can prove that he was supplying Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith with the drugs that likely killed them.

The paternity hearing is expected to come to heads this week, as the court appointed attorney hopes to finalize arrangements to lay Smith to rest by Tuesday.

It looks like Anna Nicole Smith will finally be laid to rest this week in the Bahamas.  PR-Inside.blog is reporting that the ceremony and burial have been scheduled for Tuesday, February 28th.

As we have told you here at gaysocialites.blog, Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, is still trying to get custody of the remains to bury her daughter in the Bahamas.  Smith seemingly spoke from the grave in the video below saying she hated her mother and that her mother didn't know her.

All parties involved in the drama that Anna Nicole Smith left behind after dying a little over two weeks ago are preparing to head to the Bahamas. 

Her estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, is already there.  She's still fighting for the right to bury Smith in her homeland of Texas, and now she wants custody of 5-month-old Dannielynn.  The baby is expected to inherit billions from Anna Nicole's estate.  Virgie has held her ground despite massive critism and a video tape where Anna Nicole seemed to speak from the grave expressing her hate for her estranged mother.

Smith's most recent companion, Howard K. Stern, is also already back in the Bahamas. He is fighting for custody of Dannielynn as well and resisting a paternity test.  He is also battling for his home.  He has been staying in house that Anna Nicole Smith claimed to be a gift from her ex-lover, Ben Thompson.  Now Thompson and his son-in-law want Stern out immediately after seeing a video of Anna Nicole 8-months pregant and fucked up on methadone (watch below).

Larry Birkhead is also expected to reach the Bahamas within the next 24-hours where he too will also fight for the custody of Dannielynn.  Birkhead seems very confident that he is the baby's father and is doing all he can to land a paternity test ASAP.

Court precedings begin on Monday in the Bahamas and resume in Florida.

It doesn't look like Anna Nicole Smith will get to rest in peace any time soon. 

The court appointed attorney who is responsible for making arrangements on behalf of Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, said he is doing everything he can to get the late Playboy model in her final resting place.  However he doesn't see anything happening before Tuesday.

Attorney Richard C. Milstein said in a statement he was working as quickly as possible on the funeral details barring further interruption. 

Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, has filed an emergency motion Friday asking Judge Seidlin to reconsider his decision.  We still do not know whether we will rule on that emergency motion.  If he doesn't, Arthur is likely to appeal.

While the coroners in Florida were preparing Anna Nicole Smith's body to return it to the Bahamas for burial next to her son, Daniel; her estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, was boarding a plane to head to Nassau herself.  Court adjourned until Monday morning, leaving Anna's latest companion Howard K. Stern, ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and Arthur to bury her remains and to evidently tie up some loose ends. 

Immediately after arriving, Arthur went to see her Bahamian attorney who is representing her in the custody battle over Anna Nicole's 5-month-old beneficiary, Dannielynn.

The Miami Herald is reporting that Arthur is staying in a posh hotel in comparison to the cheaper hotel where she stayed during her last visit insinuating that Arthur might be making a few bucks off of the media freenzy surrounding her daughter's death.

Anna Nicole Smith will now be laid to rest in the Bahamas.  This leaves many wondering if the company built on the buxom blonde's imagine can survive after her death.

Tony Azzizzo, President of TRIMSPA, commented, "The brand now has thousands of successful weight loss spokespersons -- albeit less heralded. They are your neighbors, friends, family members and coworkers," he explained, adding, "Their weight loss experience is no less celebrated for them as Anna's was to the world."

Does Tony really think his company can survive without Anna Nicole Smith?  I don't think the bad publicity following her death will help make her more of a role model either.  Especially, if it comes out that the TrimSpa CEO, Alex Goen and his wife were ever involved in any of Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern's methadone fests.

The hope for the company isn't too promising if you go by its online presence either.  TrimSpa.blog doesn't even take orders anymore.  They have dedicated their website as a shrine to Anna Nicole.
