RuPaul’s DragCon Is Coming Back to Los Angeles

If you missed last year’s DragCon do not worry Drag Race fans.  World of Wonder has announced  the 2nd Annual RuPaul’s DragCon will be held in Los Angeles May 7 and 8 2016.  The Huffington Post reveals  this year’s convention is supposed to bring in tens of thousands of people to LA to celebrate the art and style of drag and is said to be more wild than the first.

Ascension Party leaves Fire Island over Reisner boycott

Ascension moves to Greece.

The Ascension Circuit Party is the latest big event to pull out of a venue owned by Ian Reisner as the result of a boycott waged against the gay businesses man following an event he hosted for Republican presidential hopeful Ted Cruz and later remarks in which Ian referred to the gay community as “cheap” and “entitled.”

W New York Downtown hosts Pride Drag Queen Bingo Monday

W New York Downtown Drag Queen Bingo

W New York Downtown is kicking off a new event on Monday, June 22nd just in time for gay pride!  It’s Basic Bitches Bingo night!  The evening will be hosted by Linda Simpson and a part of the proceeds will benefit the Human Right’s Campaign as a part of W’s TURN IT UP FOR CHANGE marriage equality initiative.
