Get Out AwardsThis Monday night, the gaysocialites.blog team is out in full force with team coverage of two major events happening in New York City.

Ronnie Hokanson and Robbyne Kaamil are on the red carpet at the Get Out Awards in Manhattan’s West Village at the all new Boots and Saddle.

While Christopher Dellea and Aurora Wallace will be attending the crowing of the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race at Stage 48 in Hell’s Kitchen.

On Monday, June 1st gaysocialites.blog‘s Ronnie Hokanson and Robbyne Kaamil will host the official coverage on the red carpet of the 2015 Get Out Magazine Awards.

For the first time, this year’s awards will help kick-off June’s month-long celebration of Gay Pride in New York on Monday, June 1st.

Starting this Monday night, gaysocialites.blog will begin our special coverage of the announcement of the last queen standing on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 7.  The winner and latest person to be named “America’s Next Drag Superstar” will be crowned by Season 6 winner Bianca del Rio in New York City that night.  gaysocialites.blog‘s Aurora Wallace and Christopher Dellea will provide full coverage starting that night live from Stage 48 where the winner will be revealed.

It’s Christmas Time in the City: Knoxville edition


Christmas Time in the CIty Knoxville Feature

Even if you don’t live near or in a big city, you have a city near you that is decked out for the holidays. I encourage everyone to visit “the city” during the Christmas Holidays. It is a great opportunity to support your local businesses and charities.

This week my husband and I dressed up a little bit (well at least I did) and went into the city to see “It’s a wonderful life” on the big screen in an old historical theater, the Tennessee Theatre, located in nearby Knoxville, Tennessee.
